09/6/2023 17:47 | Its not to late to get out Take a quick accountancy course Oh we laughed | seagreen
09/6/2023 17:45 | Look at the figures ....... The 2022 accounts will be sick making... The 2023 accounts will be lucky to get close to break even... Raise the white flag | seagreen

09/6/2023 16:20 | skid. They have a target for 2023 of $9m which is $750k a month They have contracted contracts for 2023 of $6.5m which is $540k a month They probably have the $6.5m split 1:3 so $1.7m H1 and $4.8m H2 which is $800k a month H2 (helps explain the cash needs of H1) If they earned $2m in H1 and get another $6m in H2 with G2 and UEP etc that is $1m a month H2. So, somewhere between $540k per month up to $1m a month for H2 Subject to rose tinted glasses of course. | purchaseatthetop
09/6/2023 16:13 | They have forecast 600k a month for h2 ? 1. No they havent they have provided a forecast for the whole of h2 which they have said is backended 2. It's not a burger van with cash = revenue 3. It's not a burger van where you have a day of stock. Unfortunately ENET have proven that they have rose tinted glasses on income (and therefore cash) forecasts, not really weighting and mitigating risk. The last raise was either a very specific cash crunch or a more systemic on going working capital forecasting issue. You have no concerns as you don't understand all the potential issues and levers, unless you are an insider with the contracts, current balance sheet etc in front of you it is impossible to tell. | skid35
09/6/2023 14:32 | Looks like I got a few more in auction today. Tick tock | 504
09/6/2023 14:32 | Stoopid thing that 504 and PATT still haven't worked out the real reason why no one is buying ENET shares.......it's because no one believes the ramptastic garbage they spout on any PBB and people have worked out to avoid any shares where they post. | intoodeep
09/6/2023 13:42 | Plus quoting cash on any date is completely opaque. You could state the balance on 23rd of the month before salary, tax, rent and creditors payable went out. Oddly, MOS did that recently and they are a legal scam so best not to. Do you think they will release the accounts in the next three weeks with a Going Concern qualification? I think not. That tells us a lot (if I am correct…… | purchaseatthetop
09/6/2023 13:38 | I really don't see why they would comment. So where were you wanting them mention it, in every RNS or just some. I honestly have never seen a contract RNS or anything else that goes on to state the cash at hand. Surely they would have to also state the immediate income and expenses for it to make any sense. Ignore my numbers, what numbers???. They have just raised funds, so what do you want to know. If they need to raise funds again do you want a countdown to that. I think I have heard it all now | 504
09/6/2023 13:21 | Down again she goes, yesterday's RNS did plenty for the share price today I see. Down she goes... Red, red wine. Hehe. | halland75
09/6/2023 13:17 | To true PaTT and I do!Laughable, it doesn't really merit a comment.Onwards and upwards-and no cash concerns!!! | astralvision
09/6/2023 13:13 | Astral. 504 can post what she likes about figures and numbers. It is up to us to ignore that bit! Once again, we do know the cash position. “Going concern” means they need enough cash to run for 12 months from date of publishing of accounts. Which will be in next three weeks. Auditors and Nomad most likely demanded this recent raising to make the grade. My view is that this confirms cash is OK and the RNS on Tuesday tells us deliveries are on track. But that is just my view. That is why I buy. It is a ridiculous price right now. | purchaseatthetop
09/6/2023 13:10 | Best stick to the tech stuff 504. | astralvision
09/6/2023 13:07 | If anyone thinks that MR is about to give anymore information than they have to is going to be disappointed. Even he is not stupid enough to flag future fundraising to the market. Honestly it's just ridiculous | 504
09/6/2023 13:05 | Skid well they raised funds just a few weeks ago. Tell me why you are concerned about the cash situation. They have forecast around $600k a month revenue for H2. Why are you concerned about the cash situation. I have no concerns about the cash situation. I am more focused on increasing the revenue to $25m+ next year. At that point maybe you will stop bleating about it | 504
09/6/2023 12:55 | Anybody who has certainty over Enets cash with the visibility available to shareholders (backward, current and forward) is basically 100% stupid. | skid35
09/6/2023 12:55 | Have u bought today yet ? | amaretto1
09/6/2023 12:52 | April 1st post that 504.'Sounds like a very amateur way to do business.'Hmmm, two fund raisings in the last 6 months, one a desperation 3p get it away job. One botched RNS, yes, these guys are experts in 'amateur'No, no cash concerns at all, what were we thinking!Lol! | astralvision
09/6/2023 12:48 | So I still missed that, maybe I don't see any with cash concerns. So who decides if there are cash concerns. I certainly don't have any cash concerns for Ethernity with the $9m target in sight. I would be concerned if they thought they had cash concerns and started to disclose their cash situation. Sounds like a very amateur way to do business. | 504
09/6/2023 12:38 | No, no one randomly discloses their cash position, but where there are cash concerns and cash raises companies give the complete info so that the cash runway is clear. | astralvision
09/6/2023 12:36 | SELet us know before you buy your next share so we can give it a wide berthTIA | astralvision |
