Posted at 14/11/2024 11:35 by washingmachine Chester I’m not disagreeing with you.But TR1s only have to be issued over a certain level of holding. today I’ve instructed a fellow investor relations expert, previously holding a position with the AIM governance office amongst other notable positions in this area. Asking him to scrutinise all of the released RNSs since CMC markets became joint broker in February 24. Has they are very much accountable for over seeing what has been released to market. Personally i think investors have been deceived on more than one front, On mainly the implications of these cash raises.. In simple speech .. Not one investor actually knew or understood them Leading to them on two occasions correcting pass releases or explaining yet again what was involved. CMC are a UK based outfit covered by the FCA so the Israeli angle is pretty much irrelevant. Odviously the above would come in to play if David Levi and ENET were basically taking us all for a walk in the park, On the latest jam tommorow storys. But ENET did sighn two significant contracts in November 23 .. So at present we are still in H2 24 And a White knight is possible for long term suffering shareholders We will all see At present nobody actually knows for certain on anything material regarding ENET NOBODY !! And that includes the resident self proclaimed gurus on here NOBODY !! |
Posted at 02/11/2024 17:58 by washingmachine It’s only one month ago they sighned the accounts off ..I’m pretty sure they knew what they were signing, and so will Newtech Who boldly emphasis in the last RNS United States of America New York ! Who do you think has bought all these Shares ?? It’s certainly NOT private investors. For all we know David Levi could be selling out to Tarana Let’s face it he’s done it before, on a 200 million deal to Broadcom I’ve NO idea on the above remark Like everyone else |
Posted at 02/11/2024 16:15 by washingmachine New tech have been given the nodTo HOLD a substantial part of ENET !! FACT There is absolutely NO bad blood between them and David Levi .. so be very careful Skid in your none factual statement. FACT 2 large OEM contracts are in the offing With a VERY high chance of signing off in the VERY near future FACT ENET are still supplying Tarana ! FACT ENET are trading at a ridiculously low valuation, and will more than likely considerably re rate on the right News FACT LSE has suddenly getting at least 10 posts aday totally fabricating numbers needed to carry on trading etc LearningG has been reported to the body investigating the links between Advfn and Spreadbet companies FACT It’s VERY clear to everyone that ENET is under siege from a certain bucket shop scum outfit Now if this is regarding ENETs Israeli base This is classed has antisemitism Were by Advfn would be seriously failing in their duty to protect private investors. David Levi and joint brokers are aware of the ongoing investigation, about certain individuals/ members on here and LSE. Certain individuals are in for a very rude awakening in the near future. CMC |
Posted at 21/10/2024 17:03 by pwhite73 dplewis1 - "The amount of private investor cash lost on this company is ridiculous."This applies to virtually every AIM/small cap stock. At every discount placing new retail investors come in believing they've got a bargain totally oblivious to the once higher share price so haven't got a clue what people like you are talking about. It can take a life time to understand how markets work because they are not static, they are fluid and changing with the times. There are certain things you just can't comprehend when you are in your 30s, 40s and 50s. Its only when you hit your 60s does the light eventually come on but by then its too late. |
Posted at 21/10/2024 16:36 by dplewis1 The amount of private investor cash lost on this company is ridiculous. If they run out of cash again (presumably they will fairly soon) then they should not be allowed to raise further funds imo. If DL wants to keep trying then he can use his own cash, but it should not be allowed to fleece investors further |

Posted at 11/9/2024 00:43 by snooker40 Looking forward to another positive day. All systems are go. The US Government seal of approval has settled many investors nerves. The doubters had their wings clipped yesterday. Investors had their investment secured. Traders traded for gains that exceeded many other shares. A good day. |
Posted at 09/9/2024 12:37 by realdealy Terrible terrible times.Investors lubed by David who also partook. Investors powerless. |
Posted at 05/7/2024 11:54 by realdealy Excellent post by 120712 on LSE.This surely sums up the view of many. Skid I do not post very often for a variety of reasons which you may be aware of but I have been with ENET since it's IPO and therefore know the company and management very well. I understand your frustration and it basically, in my view, it comes down to DL's ability to manage the company properly. To his credit he has put his own money into support the business, which many would have not done, but he is not the guy I would want running my business. There just needs to be change but with the financial resources available it seems unlikely that will happen. By now the company should be announcing new contracts every couple of months. I ask the question, if you were a buyer for this technology what would you advise your management team, buy or not? It is high risk to work with a vendor that could got bust at any time? DL stated that some time ago that he would not engage with shareholders any more other than through a relevant RNS. He must change if he wants to get long term support from the markets/investors but he must be realistic unlike before. Tell the truth and many will follow. All in all, I hope I am wrong , but I don't see how DL can get out of this one. The day traders may make a £ or two but this should be a company worth £200m + now and I keep asking myself why isn't it and I keep coming up with poor management that has never delivered anything to shareholders other than lining the pockets of shark money lenders. I will get slated by the day trading penny investors for these negative comments but the majority have no idea about the journey and who to trust. I hope I am wrong as I am still an investor and will hold for the time being. |
