Posted at 26/7/2024 04:57 by lionel kipper Patt( Richard bobath) did exactly what the chill 2 toxic twins did.But anyway I'll take it back to chill board , but I'm filtered apparently! Good luck enet investors though |
Posted at 24/7/2024 13:32 by realdealy Will they apply lube sneakily with a supposed ' investment fund' behind the raising , leaving out key details of the lube-ation ceremony such as the down round. No investor will believe them anyway.OR will they do a rights issue at 0.3 p giving investors the amazing 'no brainer' opportunity. The second seems fairer and more honest and probably the one that would leave enet better off. |
Posted at 22/7/2024 18:14 by daddy warbucks I know I am out of this share, but I am still interested in what happens here, so please don't take what I say as someone trying to hurt the share price. After the last exercise, the share price is stuck in limbo. The share price is down and if the last five trading days are used, the next exercise could result in more shares at a knockdown price. So, investors face a dilemma. Do they buy around 0.65p in the hope of buying up the recently issued shares making a good profit for "New Tech"? (Around 50%)Or, If investors do buy in greater quantities and remove any overhang, then "New Tech" Will be free to exercise more shares at a knockdown price. ( Probably around the same price as the last one)Buying around 0.65p, knowing that New Tech will get more shares around 0.4p is not an attractive option.I am struggling to see how this can be resolved.Release great contract news and the shares may go up, but New Tech get more shares at 0.4p and down it goes again.Do nothing and the price drifts. Buy at 0.65p knowing more shares could be issued at 0.4p!I don't know the answer to the question, 'how do we get out of this?', but would be interested in others views. |
Posted at 08/7/2024 12:18 by realdealy Well companies have suppliers all over, why build it up when lovely enet investors have lube spread all over and rubbed up and down. Tarana development for free courtesy of enet investors. |
Posted at 05/7/2024 12:54 by realdealy Excellent post by 120712 on LSE.This surely sums up the view of many. Skid I do not post very often for a variety of reasons which you may be aware of but I have been with ENET since it's IPO and therefore know the company and management very well. I understand your frustration and it basically, in my view, it comes down to DL's ability to manage the company properly. To his credit he has put his own money into support the business, which many would have not done, but he is not the guy I would want running my business. There just needs to be change but with the financial resources available it seems unlikely that will happen. By now the company should be announcing new contracts every couple of months. I ask the question, if you were a buyer for this technology what would you advise your management team, buy or not? It is high risk to work with a vendor that could got bust at any time? DL stated that some time ago that he would not engage with shareholders any more other than through a relevant RNS. He must change if he wants to get long term support from the markets/investors but he must be realistic unlike before. Tell the truth and many will follow. All in all, I hope I am wrong , but I don't see how DL can get out of this one. The day traders may make a £ or two but this should be a company worth £200m + now and I keep asking myself why isn't it and I keep coming up with poor management that has never delivered anything to shareholders other than lining the pockets of shark money lenders. I will get slated by the day trading penny investors for these negative comments but the majority have no idea about the journey and who to trust. I hope I am wrong as I am still an investor and will hold for the time being. |
Posted at 28/6/2024 09:27 by purchaseatthetop Bluesquare. Right now traders outnumber investors by a factor of many. So we shall be on a carousel. When the Tarana news breaks, which it will, we will have a surge of actual investors. Today provided the essential extra that means the Tarana news will count. I think next week early. |
Posted at 15/4/2024 21:58 by halland75 Just to remind people why investors aren't backing ENET.....60p to 0.98 😭 And whether the rampers like it or not, investors are avoiding this pile of dung like the plague. No other AIM company has anything like the lack of potential it shows, and no big customers. 🫣🫣 |
Posted at 26/2/2024 13:13 by papillon purchaseatthetop's favourite institutional investor is (or they were when they were big investors in ENET!) Premier Miton. They were also big investors in 2 other recent high tech IPO's, MTEC & SED. Have a look at the share price performances of those 2 since they floated!! Definitely not pretty! 😂Premier Miton definitely knows how to pick 'em! 😂 |
Posted at 01/2/2024 18:01 by amaretto1 Yes agree It's a tactic to dislodge traders and actually encourages short term investors to sell They know exactly the positions traders hold It's a very complex mechanism they are useing Involving algorithms and AI technology Mindset of investors etc U may think the above is fabrication These people have every tool in the box and are useing itEven the paid trolls are part of the game ! AGL / HE1 are recent examples In simple speak When the last man throws in the towel and the hot money has left ....Totally unbalances investors ! WB Counteracts this with buying when blood is on the streets |
Posted at 01/2/2024 15:02 by vitalize Well, I am not on the same page with PW about Enet. Not all Aim directors are thieves, and not investors are day traders. My stance is that DL should resist any lures by those front-selling and manipulating the share price, in their attempt to buy in cheaper - That is no longer attractive anyway, But MM uses trolls like PW. However, in commendation to PW, and his experience of Aim; which many long standing investors may share, he should please write a book on Aim(it will be a best seller) and publish it, to serve as an awareness that saves £Billions for potential investors. Thank you |
