For a Golden X to occur would need both SMA 50 & 200 to be turning upwards. So far more likely for the 50 to cross the 200, with the 200 still facing down - so a 'X' but not Golden.

A "Death Cross" appeared on this ENET log chart at the end of 2021 when the share price was around 40p. It's been Strongly Bearish ever since. Obviously that hasn't stopped savvy traders making money, often at the expense of long term holders like purchaseatthetop! 😂
Obviously the above chart would turn Strongly Bullish and a "Golden Cross" would appear on it if very good news is issued. Will it? I can't predict the future; I'll leave that to purchaseatthetop and his tea leaves! 🤣

("Chill Brands", or the "Company")

Receipt of Requisition Letter

Chill Brands Group Plc (AIM: CHLL) announces that it has received a letter on behalf of Jonathan Mark Swann (the "Requisitioner") seeking to requisition a general meeting (the "GM") of the Company's shareholders (the "Letter") under section 303 of the Companies Act 2006, as amended (the "Act").

Among other things, the Letter states that the Requisitioner, through his broker, IG Trading and Investments Limited, who has submitted the Letter as his nominee, is the registered holder of a total of 63,707,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which would represent 12.58% of the voting rights in the Company. Mr Swann has a total disclosed holding of 68,075,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 13.45% of the issued Ordinary Shares. The Company is taking legal advice as to the validity of the Requisitioner's Letter and a further announcement will be made in due course.

A summary of the resolutions proposed within the Requisitioner's letter is as follows:

1. the appointment of Graham Duncan as a director of the Company with immediate effect;

2. the appointment of Aditya Chathli as a director of the Company with immediate effect;

3. conditional upon the passing of Resolution 1 or 2, Antonio Russo to be removed as a director of the Company with immediate effect;

4. conditional upon the passing of Resolution 1 or 2, Trevor Taylor to be removed as a director of the Company with immediate effect; and

5. that any person appointed as a director of the Company since the date of the requisition of the Requisitioned General Meeting at which this resolution is proposed, and who is not one of the persons referred to in the resolutions numbered 1 and 2 (inclusive) above, be removed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

Even better Aditya Chathli is a Director of Roast PR company. The most scamming PR company around.

Be very careful here. I had a look and it does not look good:

This enlarged puff count also ensures Chill Zero can remain competitive at a higher recommended retail price, elevating the brand beyond the "pocket money" spend category while maintaining attractive margins."

Actually, Mike Shaw is not a Director of The Vaping Group Ltd. He resigned on 31/12/22:


Moreover The Vaping Group changed its name on 25/4/23 from Vapetv Ltd to The Vaping Group Ltd which seems odd if it has years of marketing and channel experience.

Finally, the accounts to 31/12/21 show zero fixed assets, trade debtors of £17k (so hardly any revenue), and creditors due within one year of well over £550k with Directors salary of zero.

The RNS says "The Vaping Group acts on behalf of some of the world's leading vapour brands and has previously helped to take some of the industry's most recognisable names to market" which is a pile of rubbish as shown above.

So, this is a valueless sales and marketing agreement set up to pump the share price with all of those shares from the 3/4/23 CLNs to shift. Watch out. Clear skim”
