Have any bond holders received the last dividend (for april) into their accounts?
I am with Barclays and have not yet received this, although i have just received the consent fee. I just wanted to make sure other stockbrokers have sorted this before contacting Barclays.

Price is plummeting. By the time they allow us to revoke and thus deal, it will have plunged further. I am assuming these bonds have nil value.

Today's RNS is really quite astonishing. Eros appear to feel they can do whatever they want.

Bonds that were tendered are still locked until the repurchase is complete. Unfortunately that was supposed to happen many weeks ago. Eros have not announced a new timeline for this.

The latest RNS suggests Eros is selling their film library in a corporate restructuring. They have already sold their music library.

So my HL account continues to show a consent approved line, but not the actual stock, so there's no way of selling

AJBell have paid the coupon and the consent fee. They got a nudge from one of the group on the discord forum which may have helped. Now we just need the repurchase amount from Eros. Apparently the FCA are keeping an eye on the bond too!

I had the Interest payment on Wednesday (I'm with II), but nothing of the consent solicitation fee, or the repurchased stock.

AJBell are being slow. No-one with them seems to have got the payment yet. If there's no movement in the next couple of days, they may need a nudge.

I note others are now reporting they've got the consent fee too.

There is an active discussion on these bonds on discord -hxxps://discord.gg/TC3Ytgf5MX. The discord server was initially set up to pull together an action group following EROS' first default and the link was put in this chat, but that was a good few months ago, so it's probably worth highlighting again.

The delayed dividend (from April) has started arriving in peoples' accounts today and we are expecting the consent fee (for those eligible following the consent solicitation) tomorrow.

The repurchase amount has still to be declared, which is obviously unsatisfactory, but at least the dividend is being belatedly brought up to date.

Anybody got any idea what is going on? Was there last and previous buyback statements just the usual nonsense. Shouldn’t the UK
FCS be investigating them?

Eros Media World PLC (the "Company") hereby gives notice that it has not yet made the coupon payment on the Bonds which was due to be paid on 17 April 2023. This has also resulted in a delay in payment of the Consent Fee (as defined in the Repurchase and Consent Solicitation Memorandum dated 8 March 2023).

The Company is holding the funds to make these payments within the Eros group and its global treasury team is working to remit the funds internationally to satisfy the payments so that this situation will be resolved shortly, such that the Event of Default caused by the delay in the coupon payment will not be continuing. The Company will issue a further notice once the payments have been made.
