so 2mm (i.e. less than a cheap lawyer) has bought them time to the next coupon.. which i'll wager will be delayed, "part of the restructure".. good luck.

I think the total number of bonds is 50million.
If you look earlier in this thread alphajo has a link to a thread on discord. Somewhere on there you will find a link to bondholders email addresses. Alphajo will have to give you permission to access it.

I gave my consent to the trustees to share my email on 7th Jan, but received no news.
Similarly to Wasps, do we have a mailing list of bondholders provided by the Trustees? Can we insert our holding in a sheet so to know the percentage we represent?

I contacted interactive investor today - what I asked was (as we dont have a contact point yet as you point out) - "Are you prepared to send a message to all Eros bondholders? (message to follow)" - they've come back and so far said "Maybe - we'll look into it".

Ive also found and read the trustee deed - its the usual legal blah but there so so much protection in it for the trustee you kind of wonder what the point is - I dont think anywhere it refers to "protecting the interests of bondholders" for example. There are however provisions for managing trustees ( even removing them etc )

Agreed cant wait to move from this forum for some common hub! Can put the trustee deed there when for example.

And yes if we have some central hub people can submit their holdings but have those obscured to general view.

Thanks Alphjo. What did you say to HL? I'm happy to email AJBell, but I wonder if it makes sense to have a group (or even just a dedicated email address) set up in advance that people can then join? A simple email address initially may be easier in case people are not familiar with slack.

It might also be worthwhile trying to collate the number of bonds we have amongst us. We might be short of the 10M needed to force action, depending on the level of involvement from the corporate contacts on the list, but we won't know until we try.

I imagine people would prefer not to give their bond holdings out publicly. Perhaps somebody with a finance background (Alphajo?!!) would be willing to collect this privately?
