03/11/2021 06:45 | "We've issued the payout" "We've not engaged in any fraud, the shorters are wrong" "We're certain all our revenue is real" etc. | spectoacc
02/11/2021 21:52 | Isn’t the grace period usually 30 days? Or was it written in the prospectus that it is 14 days? | tsaras
02/11/2021 21:14 | I would expect the payment to take few days to make its way from the company to investors account but if they did not make the payment on Friday it means the company is in default and all debt becomes due now. | aamhager
02/11/2021 19:58 | I agree with everyone. Issued does not mean paid. No money in my account either. The information office are being disingenuous ie tantamount to lying. That's no way to treat your investors. I thought the 'cheque in the post' excuse was only used by shady backstreet businesses. Oh, sorry, this is a shady backstreet business. Perhaps they could make a film about corporate gangsters who rip off the public. We could all star as extras. | grahamg8
02/11/2021 19:10 | ii say: We have spoken to the company again today. They said last week, now it's this week. We are actively chasing them. | peachy7
02/11/2021 16:36 | Same here pyueck, nothing has landed in my account yet either. It’s a bit of a concern. | chdaow
02/11/2021 15:25 | Does issued mean paid? Unfortunately I am now in the position where I will believe it has been paid when it is in my account. | pyueck
01/11/2021 17:06 | Well i asked and they replied: The coupon payment has been issued. Thank you. ErosSTX Information info@erosstx.com | grahamg8
29/10/2021 07:28 | Lost track, but other than Autonomy, can't think of another shorters target that has taken so long to reach a denouement. Not as epic as Wirecard (with the German regulator, BaFin, suing a British FT journalist, before it blew up so spectacularly), but must be what, 5 years of allegations against Eros? Longer? | spectoacc
28/10/2021 18:20 | No - the consent fee has been paid it is the semi annual coupon that has not yet been paid. I suspect it is held up whilst the Company haggles with its bankers - probably because they can’t pay it without further borrowing. If an agreement isn’t reached pdq the Company will be toast. | bobswest
28/10/2021 17:02 | Are you guys talking about the solicitation bonus? I had mine as cash on 6 October. Check you account activity. But I agree the income payment is now overdue. No company announcements. Default = Curtains | grahamg8
28/10/2021 13:01 | The terms and conditions of the bond say 14 days. | bobswest
28/10/2021 12:58 | My broker have checked with the market makers and they have no info either. | scoobysurfer
28/10/2021 12:56 | Somebody else said 30 days before default. Is it definitely 14 ? | scoobysurfer
28/10/2021 09:25 | Still no coupon received here. | chdaow
28/10/2021 08:26 | They get 14 days’ grace before they are in default so it has to be paid by tomorrow 29th October. | bobswest
26/10/2021 01:30 | Haven't received coupon yet with idealing. Anyone know what's going on? | scoobysurfer
25/10/2021 22:20 | sweagle, not sure what do you mean, did you get the coupon? which broker? | aamhager
25/10/2021 20:14 | weird, still no coupon? I received mine last today. | sweagle
22/10/2021 11:49 | Not yet, in the past have usually received from HL by the 19th. I believe interest payments can be made up to 30 days after the official payment date before they are in default. | mokhan2
22/10/2021 08:21 | Anyone received the coupon? | aamhager
06/9/2021 16:17 | Yes, Tsaras. The incentive is paid regardless of which way you voted. The only condition is that the proposal is approved, which ErosSTX say it will be on 20th. That is presumably because they know roughly how may votes are in favour and against, and assumes that there won't be an en mass change around. The adjournment was due to lack of a quorum, not lack of votes. | grahamg8
06/9/2021 08:43 | I also voted against. In case this gets passed on the 20th. Do we still get the 0.5% fee for those who voted early? | tsaras
03/9/2021 16:17 | Sounds like will get passed on 20 when quorum for some reason is only 25%. Can’t say that bothered, voted against this but mainly because the terms suck and hate been taken for a fool which is what I think this offer is. Still, if this ever pays back will be happy, this is incredibly risky whether this passes or not. | pyueck |
