I would expect the payment to take few days to make its way from the company to investors account but if they did not make the payment on Friday it means the company is in default and all debt becomes due now.

I agree with everyone. Issued does not mean paid. No money in my account either. The information office are being disingenuous ie tantamount to lying. That's no way to treat your investors. I thought the 'cheque in the post' excuse was only used by shady
backstreet businesses. Oh, sorry, this is a shady backstreet business. Perhaps they could make a film about corporate gangsters who rip off the public. We could all star as extras.

Lost track, but other than Autonomy, can't think of another shorters target that has taken so long to reach a denouement.

Not as epic as Wirecard (with the German regulator, BaFin, suing a British FT journalist, before it blew up so spectacularly), but must be what, 5 years of allegations against Eros? Longer?

No - the consent fee has been paid it is the semi annual coupon that has not yet been paid.

I suspect it is held up whilst the Company haggles with its bankers - probably because they can’t pay it without further borrowing. If an agreement isn’t reached pdq the Company will be toast.

But I agree the income payment is now overdue. No company announcements. Default = Curtains

They get 14 days’ grace before they are in default so it has to be paid by tomorrow 29th October.

Not yet, in the past have usually received from HL by the 19th. I believe interest payments can be made up to 30 days after the official payment date before they are in default.

Yes, Tsaras. The incentive is paid regardless of which way you voted. The only condition is that the proposal is approved, which ErosSTX say it will be on 20th. That is presumably because they know roughly how may votes are in favour and against, and assumes that there won't be an en mass change around. The adjournment was due to lack of a quorum, not lack of votes.

Sounds like will get passed on 20 when quorum for some reason is only 25%. Can’t say that bothered, voted against this but mainly because the terms suck and hate been taken for a fool which is what I think this offer is. Still, if this ever pays back will be happy, this is incredibly risky whether this passes or not.
