Yep. Exactly 6 months from last a/t high. And a fortnight later the breakout seems to be holding. It's a bit early to tell if that's just SCSW effect, but I don't think so..

Good write up over the weekend in SCSW with a Buy rating is obviously helping the share price this morning. Excellent.

I posted yesterday to try to get some informative discussion on target prices, but so far no reaction. I have heard that pharma cos have been reporting that Covid has adversely effected clinical trials. If that were correct, then the fact that ERGO expects to meet market consensus for this year demonstrates the quality of its business. In addition, if there are Covid related problems this year, then one would expect a bounce back next year. On that basis growth could be higher than current projections. If it were 20%, then EPS would be 30p. A PEG of 1 would then imply a price of 600p. That would be a decent upside. Any thoughts?

Edison say that they will update estimates and targets at the time of the trading statement due in July. If current estimates are correct, next year EPS are expected to grow by just over 16% to 28.9p. A PEG of 1 would imply a price target of about 464p. That is very decent upside if it were reached by July next year.
