Amanti sent a LOI in favour of the proposed Scheme

... in respect of 1,114,609 Ergomed Shares, representing approximately 2.2 per cent. of the issued share capital ...

BUT sold all,

As at the date of this announcement, Amati Global Investors no longer holds any Ergomed Shares and, accordingly, the letter of intent from Amati Global Investors has ceased to apply and has been withdrawn.

Therefore, Bidco has received irrevocable undertakings or letters of intent in respect of a total of 9,129,297 Ergomed Shares representing approximately 17.9 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of Ergomed to vote in favour of the Scheme at the Court Meeting and the Resolution(s) to be proposed at the General Meeting.

WHAT does that signify?

From the Offer Document:
Miroslav Reljanović has irrevocably undertaken to vote in favour of the Scheme in respect of his own Ergomed Shares (representing approximately 17.9 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of Ergomed).

LOOKS like I must read through all those daily notifications to understand

Obviously someone or some fund is selling as we have retraced 16% now in 4 weeks? Recent Results and investor presentations were robust?

Richard Barfield, CFO Ergomed on Shares Magazine - Shares Investor Evening

Excellent presentation. Very strong results – two acquisitions, strong growth, US market presence is paying-off, strong cash generation based on high cash conversion (98%) and a huge order book (up 55% under-pinning future growth).

ERGO has led the development of digitisation of service delivery which has of course been thrust forward with Covid-19.

It’s likely that ERGO will finance further acquisitions funded out of its own resources. In this growing market with high quality returns – this is good use of its cash. So forward p/e of 40 is not cheap but fair value in consideration of a fast organic growth and internally funded acquired growth.

Don't think for one moment you have missed out on this company, this is just the beginning of a long financial gain for investors. Last year was a transformational year, the chairman said so,and he knows best.He also said this will be a year Matterialy ahead of expectations. We can look forward to many years of a good dividend yield. This is going to a high growth company for long term holdersDon't be frightened of the high share price.

Thanks Ayl30

"Midas verdict: At £9.30, Ergomed shares have done well this year, benefiting from increased investor interest in almost all healthcare stocks.
However, the company is profitable, its balance sheet is robust and the shares should continue to rise as Reljanovic and Barfield roll out their strategy. Buy."

I am 100% with what you describe on the fundamental front so yes, ERGO looks set to be on the path of something special. Revenue / EPS / margin growth are some of the best in the business. No doubt about that. The reason that I am not in - at this particular point in time - is purely technical in nature. If you maybe aware of the likes of incredibly successful high growth company investors like William O'Neil or Mark Minervini - there's the answer to your question. Broadly speaking, a company may go up 500% from A to B. As I try very hard to avoid inevitable volatility in between those points (to me an account drawdown of about 10-12% max is a very, very serious concern) I am content at trying trading in and out several times during that A to B journey. Is it a precise science? Of course not - which inevitably mean that I will also miss good short term trading opps here and there. Still worth it though (for me) as that's the price I am willing to pay for managing risk. As a matter of fact, I am obsessed with controlling risk hence my preferred way of playing the game. Again happy for you and all holders - I will certainly join you in the journey multiple times in what is a phenomenal growth story.
