27/11/2017 12:34 | Got my vote, better doing something rather then nothing, over 10 years is long enough | geordieduke2
27/11/2017 11:14 | Can the current directors of EEL be found unfit and if so what would happen then? Surely of there is anything that could be done to show that then we should as it's the only leverage the minorities have? Or is it better to do nothing and keep letting Oando walk all over the minorities? Again, why not have a number of option and people vote based on their shareholding. If one of those option is to continue doing nothing and the most votes are cast for that option then that's fair enough. At the moment it appears as though the only option on offer is to do nothing and who does that help? | geordieduke2
26/11/2017 17:40 | Good helpful comments exile Will act this week | jeaniehow
26/11/2017 17:12 | hxxps://www.investop "If" a fraud was committed, anyone with any Facts and Information about any briberies, the apparently dodgy EEL Divident payment and the swift EEL take over by Oando, now is the time to contact and present this to the SEC and the relevant UK Authorities. SEC explained in a statement in October that it carried out a comprehensive review of the petitions and found a breach of the provisions of the Investments & Securities Act 2007; breach of the SEC Code of Corporate Governance for Public Companies; suspected insider dealing; suspected related party transactions not conducted at arm’s length and discrepancies in the shareholding structure of Oando Plc, among others. SEC, in the memo said these findings were "weighty".......and therefore needed to be further investigated. Forensic Audit: Types of Fraud Forensic audits uncover several types of fraud. The most common involves theft, including cash, inventory and fraudulent payments. Another type of fraud is corruption, such as a conflict of interest, bribery and extortion. The last major category is financial statement fraud. This relates to misstatements of the financials of a company. | whowants2bamilionare

26/11/2017 12:56 | jeanieHow....If you own shares the SLG can check who you are against the register... try contacting them personally and asking them politely what, if anything is "progressing in the background" No details necessary, just let us know if you received a response. Failing that, give Oando a call. Their number is at the top of this thread. You will very soon be met by the reality of our situation. As an aside....I have been contacting various people involved in this clever confidence trick and have been shocked to find the true id of one of our most negative posters on this board. When i have undisputable proof I will name them. | exile
26/11/2017 11:24 | It saddens me to read some of these comments and I hope someone from the slg will make some kind of statement, even if just to say that things are progressing in the background, but that they cannot post details on this board. I still live in hope. | jeaniehow
26/11/2017 10:11 | For what exactly should I be grateful? The fact that the SLG have been led a merry dance by Dimmock and Oañdo? | rainbow23
25/11/2017 17:46 | Don't HMRC already class them as shares on negligible value anyway. You'll never get 24p for all the share never mind per share. Perhaps some in the SLG got something but then again fair play if they did for taking it on. | geordieduke2
24/11/2017 17:09 | no write off we want more than 24p. | wantmorethan24p
24/11/2017 08:20 | we owed a lot from PEAK as well. | wantmorethan24p
24/11/2017 08:14 | EEl has assets and as long as this is the case we should get something. Someone will buy us out or we will get something. Just stay alive....I have a feeling they are trying to get our assets by prolonging this matter so that we naturally pass away. Don't die!!! Eventually they will give up and we will get our rewards! | jayj4u
24/11/2017 08:00 | they said they would talk when oil hits $60 .well now its nearly $64. they should just refloat EEL. | wantmorethan24p
24/11/2017 06:58 | sorry to say this i think oando are finished now. its that 30% which is important to us now. how much is it worth?? | wantmorethan24p
24/11/2017 06:17 | this has got to be good news.i expect oandos 80% to be sold. hxxps://www.premiumt | wantmorethan24p
22/11/2017 15:58 | The same as any other asset probably. Sold off and the genuine shareholder gets f~~k all. That's what happens in my experience. Wish I could be proved wrong. | fatfish |
