i would assume any assets would be sold off to pay off any creditors but the way they work over there then eel will be sold off to one of there mates cheaply,

I agree with Mr. K, wait and see what the official verdict is as to do otherwise would be quite an impulsive reaction considering there are over 400 PI's [I think] in the SLG who would all hope to see a better conclusion to this sage than to press some nuke button just for the sake of it. What then?
