If they do have to sell it off no doubt it will go to someone along the lines of Peak to keep the charade going for another 10 years of court cases, appeals and ignoring judgements.

So now we're a minority share holding of a company that's been suspended for over a year, with the majority held by a company that's now also suspended having been accused of corruption...

...I don't think it's gonna end up well for us...!

but fingers crossed that we get our just rewards.

Yes they seem to be a law unto themselves (in Nigeria anyway) but the damage to Oando has been done. What goes round comes round..............only a matter of time.

The dispute with certain Oando Shareholders, has been well documented in the press for a number of weeks prior to the recent stock market suspension of Oando.Let's wait and see what course of action is taken by the Nigerian Securities and ExchangeCommission, if any.....and await the Official verdict.Mr K.
