Personal opinion here is that there has been absolutely zero progress. No one is willing to challenge anyone about anything. I've decided to take 'fraud' into my own hands. Sorry but all the pleasantries , conference calls and nonsense is ridiculous. We have been ripped off and thrown lies for our hard earned money.Enough - is absolutely enough and I will not listen to the utter rubbish any more.

The SLG did urge people not to make negative comments and most at the time tended to agree as it would lessen any chances of a return. So how did that tactic work out? Exile's right, although belated we should be making as much of a nuisance of ourselves as possible, if only because doing nothing has yielded exactly that, it always does.

Exile, not every one posts on a Public BB what action they took to try and save their EEL investment!

I partly agree with Digger2779. Even if Mrk (who some of us met) is only here for his own benefit, he is still here and has build up a rapport with Dimmock & Oando over the last 8 years. MrK also seems the only EEL SLG minority member who has been here right from the start and is asking questions at EEL CC's and EEL AGM's!

How ever I do think we were mislead in that the EEL SLG A Team has not for a long time, acted and communicated as a shareholder group with apparently 467 members and votes?

The EEL SLG A Team did get more and more secretive as the years went on and noticeably from late 2011/2012 onwards.

One day we might find out why.

If you were a manager of a football team for 10 years, and had achieved no results you would sack the manager and get new players. That is where we are at the moment. Nuclear option? I wouldn't have waited 10 years not to use it. No point in threats unless you were prepared to carry it out. We have passed that point of no return.

They [SLG] have been at a crucial point for years now, just 2 months to go ;-) Yeah they have also warned that anything negative on here will jeopardise those negotiations, words on here are potentially a deal breaker apparently. Some on here still believe this is right and the best strategy. Maybe there are communications to the members of the SLG though and there is just another 2 months to go.

Or maybe the slg spend their time writing patronising messages on bbs asking people not to post anything on equator 'situation' because they're at crucial point in 'negotiations' (lol).
I am not a holder just an observer, but am incredulous such postings are made then 'radio silence' to various members etc.
All imho and truly very best of luck to ebety holder with regard to this sad state of affairs.

If there have been no progress then there will be nothing to update. Perhaps the question is therefore why there has been no progress for 10 years? Maybe the SLG have given up, maybe they're not willing to do anything for whatever reason, or maybe there is nothing they can do, it's hard to know what their position truly is.

...and where did it all go, what did it produce? So does anyone know whether the parasite Dimmock still works for EEL? Whether we can have a vote of no confidence of anyone purporting to work there? 10 more years of doing nothing?
