28/10/2024 06:49 | Word on the street is the deal will be declared this Wednesday. Just in time for the budget lol What a shambles of a wait and 135p isn't high enough, and especially after that set of results in July I'd expect heavy buying today and tomorrow | neilll77
27/10/2024 13:57 | .. To add, remember it went ex dividend end of September and thet would drop the share price a little normally, anyway We await news!!! | neilll77
27/10/2024 13:54 | To be fair it's dropped from 1.12p to 1.10p in 2 weeks!! So less than 2% So definitely no leak etc.. People bored of anything of extension after extension After the July 3rd update and fantastic results this would be 150p minimum but for this shambles takeover | neilll77
25/10/2024 18:18 | The share price normally rises as we come towards the monthly PUSU expiry, but its been worryingly falling away. This really has been a textbook case on how to destroy shareholder value.......Ian S-T and the Board owe us all an explanation and an apology. | mcl1
23/10/2024 14:15 | PUSU should mean PUSU and not every month for a year we'll keep kicking the can down the road. Market doesn't seem to believe this is happening. Odds are for yet another PUSU. Bunch of clowns. | owenski
22/10/2024 18:32 | Dont hold your breath. Feedback from the company was basically, its taking a long time because its a consortium so alignment/agreement naturally takes longer | pol123
21/10/2024 09:08 | Coincidence - PUSU deferrals are always 28 days from the previous deadline date. Furthermore, any announcements on those days virtually always come prior to the market open, which on 30 October will be prior to the Budget speech. | masurenguy
21/10/2024 07:39 | Date of the budget....coincidenc | elsa7878
21/10/2024 06:58 | Next PUSU deadline date is 30th October. | masurenguy
21/10/2024 06:36 | When is the next PUSU deadline date please? | loglorry1
20/10/2024 20:50 | Lets hope we get a conclusion v soon. I wrote to the company last week expressing my frustration on the following; Length of time to conclude, share price performance over the period and lack of clear comms around the strategic review Will see if I get any sort of feedback. Surprised more people have not vented their frustration | pol123
20/10/2024 10:21 | I can see news this week and I'm sure it look set to be agreed. I think 135p is still too low personally but with 20% lift from here and only 7 trading days left, I expect many to "wade in" and the share price to touch 120p before news | neilll77
19/10/2024 11:37 | Only 10 trading days until the 1 year anniversary of the "strategic review".During this time the EQLS share price (inc dividend) has increased by 8.78% whereas the Cboe UK All Companies NTR (BUKACN) has increased by 20.10%.From an investment perspective the entire opaque process appears to have been a self-inflicted disaster. All in all, immensely disappointing, even if the 135p "offer" completes. | cp42kx07
18/10/2024 12:33 | FFT yep could have but someimes links dont work to well. sA an aside they ge a bit of a kickng in he IC. | swiss paul
18/10/2024 10:53 | well, at least they are using cash to avoid placing more shares in the m,arket to be sold to pay the tax. Looks quite smart to me - no doubt Rachael Reeves and her pals at the politburo might have got the company to focus their mind - but looks to me like an automatic vesting which cant be delayed in any case. | melcul
17/10/2024 21:56 | What are you talking about - there was a "full and proper update" issued just over 5 weeks ago. | masurenguy
17/10/2024 21:09 | Reckon, EQLS should provide full and proper update. This situation is pegging the share price back. We should be 140-50 bases on business and market progress | pol123
17/10/2024 07:42 | What will be the odds of yet another rollover from this bunch of duplicitous clowns. | owenski
15/10/2024 08:08 | FSA have a hex against these firms. Tiny market cap, no real ability in Aim to raise funds for acquisitions. All claim to offer "exceptional" customer services. Nothing wrong with these entrepreneurial businesses, but, in the public markets? Rolls-ups have had their day too in my view. Each operator probably thinks their business is worth more than a public company can pay (any sensible CEO will want it earnings accretive). Scale is the key - scale to bulk up compliance and AML against the "guilty unto proven innocent" regime of the FCA etc. | melcul
14/10/2024 16:04 | I'm not sure if these firex companies will attract bids at a big premium to share price, they do collectively seem to be engaged in a race to the bottom in terms of how cheaply they can provide their services compared to competitors. Maybe Finseta is a slight exception as it's primary focus is upon attracting HNWIs and exemplary customer service | 66fingers
11/10/2024 11:52 | Well, over the road in CAB payments, a low bid has been put in. Lets see if the deal is done before EQLS. | swiss paul |
