Gordon Jones (GlassHalfFull) who is quite an astute investor increased holdings by 50,000 last week:

If only we knew what the non-binding indicative offer was,we would know if we are in the same ballpark.
A few nervous sellers today but I would like to believe one or both of the bidders are serious. Otherwise why offer so many extensions. Although by now what more is there to learn about the company which they haven’t already learned. Still holding on to my position but becoming a little nervous.

Anyone attending the AGM, was any reference made to the possible takeovers and what their strategy will be if no bid eventuates. After all they declared a 'Strategic Review', as opposed to the singular ' we're putting ourselves up for sale'.

Ref #3370 above. The prolonged irresolution here after circa 7 months has kept a lid on the shareprice as nobody really knows what the outcome will be. It is extremely frustrating, especially with the recent rise on many AIM/small cap stocks, but then the stock market often reflects capriciousness because sentiment is such a dominant factor.

However, I'm sitting tight by following the old Buffet axiom "The stock market is a wonderfully efficient mechanism for transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient." as referenced above by Boozey recently. If a deal happens then the price should be north of 165p - at least a minimum 33% uplift on the recent price - and potentially maybe much higher than that. If no deal emerges then the metrics still remain strong and there should be a natural uplift in the shareprice after the short termers have inevitably exited and moved on.

Sold half my hdg here, with gains in most my pfolio in the last six mths showing 10-40% this has been a disappointing laggard which considering the amount of takeover activity in the mkt being frenzy levels it’s just odd the share price here hasn’t improved. This might help out holders

No?

The accounts are very interesting, single-director co, based in Cardiff - check out those intangibles!

I maybe don't need to ask how they make their money (there's also been no accounts since y/e 2022 thanks to an accounting period extension) but knowing it at least points to the biases and motivation.

What a load of hot air, pith & wind. PH embarrassed himself there.

Just MHO, but the guy he was conversing with didn't know the company so he was babbling to himself.
