Just topped up twice. Like the confirmation the directors have increased the exercise price of the warrants to 0.45. They will be confident that the price will have increased prior to them being exercised.

We had 11 days of sub zero temps here with snow under foot; not sure how bad it was there. Mind you, this gives investors a chance to build up a position before full operation and we have something to shout about when people aren't preoccupied with Christmas and NY and traders and fund managers are back at their desks.

Mechanical and electrical completion at Italia MDC.

Further to its project status update of 22 November 2022, the Company can now confirm that all equipment has been delivered on site, installed and individually tested. This is a major milestone where all mechanical and electrical components are in place and installed, with all enhancements to the Plant including the additional feed-in system, the dryer and the thermal oxidizer added to improve the resilience of the Plant's business model.

We expect early in the new year to carry out the biochar test required for the offtake contract and commence export of electricity to the grid under the existing power purchase agreement.

From MetalNRG: "the Board of EQTEC Italia MDC srl (the "SPV") have noted the significant progress made by the commissioning team which will break for holidays on 23 December and re-start work in the first week of January 2023.

The Company will continue to provide updates on its progress with Italia MDC.

Rolf Gerritsen commented " with the holiday season coming up and most people taking a week off work, it only makes sense to secure full commissioning of the Plant in the New Year when full support is available if difficulties should arise. I congratulate the team on site for a job well done".
