From LSE: I looked into AFC and PHE and Simec extensively and i am just drawn to Eqtec on the business model and the sheer number of projects bubbling along and not all hanging on a few biggies.

I just feel there is a steadier and clearer path given the £200m+ of projects already in the pipeline, sales on 5 continents, partnerships being built, protected IP (Aries aside but they will hopefully get a good kicking once the dust settles, and that real need for a turnkey waste to energy modular system that replaces incineration, works with 50 input feeds, and works just as well for commercial operations with 3GW need up to 25GW and all tested over last 10 years with a team that takes all the strain out of the business by sorting power grid deals, insurance for guaranteed peace of mind, dealing with planners and Eqtec are so confident they will take equity stakes along the way.

In 5 years you have a serious power company that will be worth a fortune when majors need to get serious about green energy. We have a £1bn company in the making and even today at tuppence is a great entry. I fully expected a good retrace for AFC and PHE as i personally felt they had got a little ahead of themselves and Eqtec by comparison was grossly undervalued and perhaps that is why Eqtec is not really reacting in the same way but expecting all to leap forward on major news.

Payday today means another cheeky wee top up while the it's cheap. Long term target is circa 8p by year-end and then closer to 20-30p in 3 years. This isn't a short term win and its going to have its volatility but I am 100% backing the direction we're moving and fully anticipate EQT to become a monster within the industry.

From LSE: If i understand correctly we should get the Billingham fiancial close this week or possibly monday.
Its trasnsformative for Eqtec not only because of the cash windfall Eqtec will receive on completion but because it will execute a strategy of taking equity stakes pre planning, making a huge equity gain post planning approval but more importantly Eqtec shareholders gain access to future profitability of projects.

Its a dream business model that is highly replicable and while the first might be slow subsequent projects will be quick. Whether we get the Wood report and collaboration agreement this week or maybe next we will wait to see. Big few weeks imho.

Hmmm ...think that article is aimed solely at biomass. Think EQT is much much more than that. Pros and cons of all technologies but in EQTs case looks to me like the pros are way ahead of cons. Did you actually read that article through ??

This article is focused on the big name, Drax but the impending shadow will fall on piddly eqt.
