I'm not sure the case is waiting in particular for the 25th, its more likely a case of if the judge has gotten around to reading the file. The judge presumably has no commercial interests in the case and so is unlikely to be bothered whether or not the lawyers continue getting paid, but on the merit of each argument. If Eqtecs is overwhelmingly strong, the judge will throw it out. Hopefully the claim on Eqtecs lawyers website is true and the case will end before the trial has begun.

The case is scheduled to be heard at 8.30am on 25th Feb. Looks like a case gets 30 mins, so unless it is automatically dismissed, we probably won't get a decision on the day.
