That is strange issuing shares in lieu of directors pay. I totally understand issuing shares for long term incentives but this sounds outside the scope of normal LTIPs. Issuing shares to pay service providers is unusual. I know AIM companies aren't subject to the same governance best practice but this is peculiar. Would need to see the terms and conditions around this, including pay structures.

Pal. You don't get much better news than the Billingham announcement. Maybe some are selling out to meet their first half tax bill, others taking a bit of profit and some just wetting their nickers! Hang on for the ride. Roller coasters have ups and downs to add to the thrill...

I agree, looking at the chart the share price has risen so much since the case was announced back in July, the dip at the time is negligible. The judge made clear it will be weeks or months until a decision is made, so there isn't much the company can say until then. In the meantime they are getting on with the ~13 projects they have in the pipeline. Over the coming weeks announcements will improve the share price and successful completion of their projects will improve revenue, and we will see further gains. A little bumpiness at this point is to be expected. Still looks like a developing flag at the moment.

AJ Wholly agree with you on that point but we do need some other good news to perk up the share price else I am afraid this will drift down . Unless we are in the end of the month /Friday mood GLA ..

As I said before if the judge hasn't declared their decision then EQTEC can't say anything; why highlight something out of their control? I expect good news flow over the next few weeks and hopefully the judge will have decided over that period.
