It's usual for these psychological levels to attract sellers. It's also usual for the third attack to be the one to push through and then for a run of 10-20%. But, of course, there are plenty of exceptions!

It's a great second attack on the inevitable 3p sellers. If and when it punches through them, there's nothing obvious to stop a further run to considerably higher levels.
