No, the whole paragraph means that the judge does not need spoken submissions by either party as the evidence already presented is sufficient to make a decision on the 25th. Given the weak rebuttal by Aries, it looks more likely for the case against Eqtec to be dismissed but we will soon see.

Update on Aries. Looks positive to me but we'll soon find out: 'MINUTE ORDER (TEXT ENTRY ONLY): The Court has deemed the MOTION TO DISMISS, Doc. Certainly a lot of profit taking at 3p

£200m mkt cap or 3p is still cheap for this exciting green technology, tho security of IP is critical to the valuation.
