Highly geared - PHE's current mcap of £75.7m becomes £125.6m after the proposed share issue to takkeover W2T. So EQT shares would be 4x their current level just to be level with PHE but probably 10x to15x to take account that EQT are far more advanced and lower risk than PHE.

This is a classic ramp. Difference is eqt is so undervalued that the ramp could defy gravity.

WOW .... if you think 1.75m is a lot of warrants / dilution ! wait until you see what goodies that are attached to shares the eqt Director and supliers are taking instead of cash payments.



Don't forget this is also coming down the line, now the rampers have the share price above 0.66p !

Altair Loan Facility was £860,000 and there was £96,370 of accrued and unpaid interest.
