08/11/2010 12:03 | Morning 2J. My thinking really is that if you're a small company in a market like this you have to maximise your first mover advantage by being fast on your feet in the areas of sales and marketing. Instead, they have, from the very start, rested on their laurels, only to realise much too late that were no laurels there. By then they had frittered away an unbelievable amount of cash for a company with virtually no non-Board executive staff and which operates, I understand, mainly from the Chairman's home. It is looking increasingly likely to me that, in commercial terms, there is less to PIM than meets the eye. After all this time, only one product is anywhere near to the market - a damning indictment of the corporate strategy, or certainly of its execution, for which the responsibility lies squarely with the Board - and that is both decidedly low tech and competing at the highly price sensitive, commodity end of the market. There are now so many big fish - like SITA - in the market that, were the process to be as valuable as we have been told it is these many years, one would have thought that - especially with the share price at these levels (it's been sub 5p for over two years now) - one of them would have picked up the company to get the technology. Companies of that size could buy ENRT out of petty cash ! | bluebelle
08/11/2010 10:45 | It's nothing new BB the yanks have been doing it for years now, besides there is surely enough plastic to go around for the foreseeable future? say 10 years or more!! and would imagine even you will be long gone like myself and no doubt many many others..good morning one and all. | 2jinxed
08/11/2010 09:39 | "Could competition for raw materials and the introduction of superior technology spell margin pressure for this old friend ?" Morning Ron. Morning monte. Morning Hampster. Morning times. etc. etc. | bluebelle
07/11/2010 20:58 | Have you taken your profit now bluebelle, or are you still holding? | potem
05/11/2010 14:12 | And a 'Good Morning' to you, monte. Price a little weaker again today I see. Never a good sign in my view when the price falls in the face of ostensibly positive newsflow. Not good news for the '5p by Friday' brigade, most of whom, I suspect, have now moved on at a loss, or indeed for those long term holders who, ignoring the opportunity cost they have incurred in the last few years, continue to huddle together for warmth, consoling themselves with the 'fact' that it's money they can afford to lose ! On this day 5 years ago it was almost 50p. Nothing like quality management for adding value for shareholders !!! | bluebelle
05/11/2010 08:09 | Good evening blue. | monte1
04/11/2010 17:10 | redcatsam You seldom get an answer to questions like yours about this share - all too often reasonable posters asking reasonable questions are derided for being negative. That does not mean, however, that it is not a valid question : it certainly is !!! | bluebelle
