proportionate levels sounds both reasonable and good for the industry no one involved in the industry or government has any idea how long the dream Single Customer View will take to implement. Far, far longer and more complicated than they think. No one will have worked in this customer integration and I predict It will be years, not months and will give long amount of breathing space before it effectively goes live.

MGM

By my calculating thats 41.66 a share...now authorised a further 3bn...

Given MGM now 37 and change, what a waste...

So MGM spending 6bn Dollars on effectively buying MGM?...thats £8 a share cash towards an offer for Entain, but they are using it to buy their own stock at inflated prices...who is running MGM...

thanks hmonk - and for those that think the review doesn't effect the stock - this reasonable (imo) speech caused a 100p swing today! I believe ENT are well ahead of the curve in terms of player protection. Significant harm shouldn't be part of any business model, and I would hope they are playing their full part to get - using the words of the minister - "the balance right".

My assumption here is that either the detail of the review is now getting leaked or the markets believe (on the basis of the Govt being overrun with crisis) the review will get kicked back yet again (3rd time delayed) to late 2022??? I would say the latter.

I notice MGM shares now below 37.5. Massive drop yesterday- how does that work with the conspiracy to buy us on the cheap?MGM, imho, will obviously make another attempt to buy ENT but when and what price is up in the air. £25+ would be my guess as shareholders won't accept less.CM

Ent share price is like a sun dial, you do not need to
have a watch to know when the US opens, just look for
when the ent share price dives and there you have 2.30pm.
