Yes Hyper, News is what we want mate, it seems we build the nest watch the eggs lay, get the news, the eggs hatch, eagle soars, then lands back on the nest again....
Keeping them warm for next time..... :-)

Morning SAV,

I must admit, I did not buy, did not like the graph.

Almost purchased VOC this am but decided against, because of the crazy spread.

Looking at KCOM, just released good results, so I think will head north after sellers have gone, but it won't be a quick profit share, so not buying them either. Surprised MANA did'nt rocket with new Kimberlite find.

Looks like I will just watch the Eagle. It's a lot safer.

Your guess is as good as mine. I think they will place a new order when stock drops to less than 150. Maybe Chubb has started selling them overseas as well.

I would expect the next order to be at least double the size.

I have just been thinking about the micpoint order of 6,000 units and the RNS which said the following

"Due to the confidentiality of this contract, the Board of Eagle Eye is unable to disclose further details at this stage. Additional information will be released in due course."

Why is it confidential? I think we have some very major news behind this confidential contract. I think the units are for a specific project/upgrade and that a major player is involved, the telematics aspect is just a small part of of the project and as a result they will launch the new service with major marketing and press releases when they are ready.

Not many companies would have the requirement for 6,000 unit plus more to come, it could be a Prestige car company or it could be TNT, but whatever, it will come with lots of publicity, which can only be good for the Eagle. Thinking about it I would go for the car option as there would be an ongoing demand and it would be a major selling point for the car.

Whoever it is, it will be a major brand name.

Nice to see so few sells considering we are aproaching th end of the T10 period, I suppose we could get a few more tomorrow, but I think most sold last week.

I just thought why it is dropping a bit today and maybe tomorrow, it's T10's closing positions taken 7-8 days ago, after that it is time to buy, before the next egg hatches.

Hyper,

I'm grateful for your comments. I find your point of view and reflections stimulating. To some extent I agree with you, particularly that this share is news driven and I too consider it a "hold" at present. I am much more cynical about the MM's than perhaps you seem to be! I've seen them do some very naughty things in the past with other stocks, which have caused a lot of people pain. Luckily I haven't fallen victim.... yet.

It'll be interesting to see if I am right about the support level at 30p.

EIT is news driven stock and is very volatile and can move very quickly in either direction. On good news it rockets, that is why it is best to hold before the news is released.

I don't think the MM's play this game, well not with EIT, yes they may mark the stock down on just one or two sells, but they can also mark it up on a couple of buys. I think the MM's have gained a bit of stock since the last big buying spree and things are well balanced for the next climb.

This is interesting, Al. I have seen "large" delayed sells on this stock over the past week or so, in the middle of the day, followed then by delayed buys. I think the MM's are doing this. In other words I don't think market forces are the main influence on this share at present. It makes one wonder where these shares are going. Are they going between the mm's to stimulate trade?

I don't think they will pull in buyers until the bid is below 30.

Does what I am saying make sense?

I'm sitting tight until something concrete has an effect on the stock.

interpretation. pull buyers in then later today lower the price and buy back at lower price.

this is the problem with small companies. the mm's just use them as a bagatelle, unless you second guess what they are doing.
