11/12/2017 10:33 | paleje, I had the same thoughts but have concluded that any placing would be small in comparison to the market cap and Tom is likely to do such a small placing once the share price recovers. News on the China 3d conclusions, Indonesia progress in either further activity or selling our 10% stake would give the current share price a push back up. Even a placing now would have such a limited effect on the price short term. | showme01
11/12/2017 10:27 | Anybody any thoughts on the cash situation here, with the delay to Q1, and we don't know when in Q1, they're incurring costs with potential income to defray them further away. I'm underwater and added a bit first thing but thinking about it, if a placing is likely in the near future might it be best to hold off for a while, they can be quite brutal. And no its not a subtle deramp. | paleje
11/12/2017 10:25 | Drop over done. | ch4p_85
11/12/2017 09:58 | Good on yer Tom :) | judijudi
11/12/2017 09:58 | Jemjem, You are correct but I did buy back in at 3-6p earlier this year but the escalating costs in building a house forced my hand just before the rally all the way from 11 to 30p. Third time lucky now :-)) | showme01
11/12/2017 09:45 | Kev. I believe he was "forced" out of his main holding around the 19p mark towards the end 2014. He was gutted, although it turned out to be pretty much the high then. But I think he can speak for himself :-) Edit; Lol. He did. And i'm out a year or so. | jemjem
11/12/2017 09:45 | Thanks Guys, Sorry, I must delete ILT ( I set it up years ago to wind up Hilly and it's my default avatar on my mobile). Yes, Kev, good memory. Apart from holding a few thousand pounds, I had to sell out just before the climb to the 30s so I can't believe my luck ( after my bad luck in selling just before the rally) that the share price has dropped so low and I've been able to get back in at a similar price. I know EME will probably have to do a bit of a raise in the near future but I thought that we must have seen the bottom on Friday and with my SIPP transfer landing today, I couldn't wait to get back in properly. I am baffled why the sell off happened last week but I guess it's the patient ones that will benefit in EME. Toad, my timing was pure luck on this occasion :-) | showme01
11/12/2017 09:35 | Showme, your timing is awesome as ever. Give me a nudge when you are making your next move fella! | t350toad
11/12/2017 09:20 | ILT I second Jemjem's comments - did you not have to leave around this price last time?? Looks like a good opportunity to get on the merry go round again :-) | kevjames
11/12/2017 09:15 | Welcome back ILT. Good timing ;-)) | jemjem
11/12/2017 09:14 | stewart. I think that will come - if it suits. I'm sure, hopefully, toon will check with his broker and advise... Imo | jemjem
11/12/2017 09:12 | Jemjem, Yes I noticed we went into auction just before 8.00am so can we now have direct market access, not seen anything on level 2 yet. | stewart4900
11/12/2017 09:11 | oilforex. If you mean the factual bit, there was an opening auction at 7.50 - 8.00 this morning. First time it's happened, imo. They are now described As "SETSqx" on Stock Exchange site. If you mean about the mm manipulation when it suits - that is just what might come from the ability to put DMA orders in. Imo | jemjem
11/12/2017 09:10 | On the losing side today was energy stock Empyrean Energy (LON:EME), which lost almost 13% to 11.88p as it updated on its Dempsey well, onshore California, which is operated by Sacgasco. The news did not impress the market. Initial flow testing of the second deepest zone of gas shows in the Dempsey 1-15 well is now complete, the group said. "It is very early days in the testing of the Dempsey 1-15 well, and whilst the bottom two zones have both flowed clean dry gas with very high down hole pressures, both zones exhibit tight permeability," said chief executive Tom Kelley. "The pressure and potential extent of gas reservoir are significant and every effort is being made to use industry best practices in order to see if we can stimulate the second deepest zone to achieve a much better flow rate before moving up hole to test the next zones of interest." | malcolmmm
11/12/2017 09:08 | JemJemYes correct. Just found EME listed from 11/12/2017 | oilforex
11/12/2017 09:06 | The simple fact is whatever anyone says- lots of gas share price will soar, little gas share price wont. | malcolmmm
11/12/2017 09:05 | Luckily my SIPP transfer came over at 8am so I've just secured 500k here at 11.9 :-) | i like trees
11/12/2017 09:04 | Hi JemInteresting. What makes you think that? | oilforex
11/12/2017 09:04 | I think we changed to a "SETSqx" company on LSE this morning, which means we now take part in some of the uncrossing auctions. I believe this is the next stage of increased liquidity and openness making it a bit harder for potential manipulation by mm's. Something that toon has been pressing for, behind the scenes. Imo | jemjem
11/12/2017 09:00 | Whoop 11.5p where is 57p I warned of the last dead cat bounce you all had a chance to exit at 17p or better same cat different day | brimsley
11/12/2017 08:53 | Or indeed Duyung !! | stewart4900
11/12/2017 08:52 | Some China news would give us even more of a boost!! | blakieboy7
11/12/2017 08:44 | Looks as though Brimsley is having a lay in this morning. | oilforex
11/12/2017 08:29 | Except on a pr level | starzerus
11/12/2017 08:23 | As long as you look at this as a long term investment, I don't think there is a problem. Sacgasco seem to know what they are doing. | the guardian |
