It seems a few brokers are restricted in allowing clients to buy EME (on apps not the phone). Has anyone else noticed this..? It has been like this for a while now I've noticed.
I've not tried IG or AJB but Interactive Brokers and Trading 212 are limited (T212 says only allowing for selling) IB limit to 500. |
Interest on X is building re EME, a good time to get back in IMO.

Can I just pass on a warning that ADVFN may not be the nice fair company that you may think it is. Having found my annual sub removed from my bank account, amd having decided that my limited usage did not justify the premium cost, I asked to cancel for the coming year and ask for a refund for the remainder of the year.
This produced a reply from ADVFN saying effectively "Tough! You may have thought that you signed up to a direct debity, but no! you signed up to Continuous Payment Authority and we have got you over a barrel!" Nice. Particularly when they give no notice that the annual payment date is approaching.
The small print they quote says:
"You may only terminate your subscription by giving ADVFN not less than 30 days notice by phone call. Termination does not entitle you to any refund. If you do not wish to use your subscription and want a refund, you must terminate (a) before using the services; (b) within 14 working days after the date of initial purchase. No refund will be available once you have started to use the services. By purchasing this product you have agreed to abide by our terms and conditions (see

Well no surprise, Conrad down as no progress, hence eme and Coro doing nothing, glad we have Wilson but lets see the outcome and updates, should have sold years ago but that was my choice, no one to blame but me. |
