MM will take 1m at 0.671 and 2.5m at 0.61. Hopefully a bit of buying will start to move this up. Can't see many selling close to news on GSA signing and some form of Topaz update which is well overdue.

Announcement today from Conrad closing off its additional placement of new shares for eligible shareholders who could apply up to oz$ 30,000

Conrad Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Miltos Xynogalas, commented:
We are delighted with the strong support we have received in the Placement, SPP and SPP Shortfall Placement. The capital
raised from our existing and new shareholders include some of the largest institutional investors in Australia. This capital raise
puts us in a strong position to pursue our near-term objectives of progressing our gas sales agreements as well as continue our
gas commercialisation efforts of our gas discoveries offshore Aceh following our MOU with PGN announced last week.

Gaz clearly has some good contacts getting the licence initially and that nearly never happened as our esteamed leader, TK was surfing and forgot about his first meeting with Gaz (any surprise about the missing 2m after that).
I would have thought that relationship Gaz has should put him in a good position especially now Duyung cash out is getting clearer so worst case, EME can fund it on its own but will need a 12 month extension.

Conrad still finalising there funding. Once that's out of way all gas focussed in signing of GSA imo

Thanks for the confirmation of the percentage SM and it’s good that you’ve been able to top up at a lower price.

I’m hoping for more news soon further to the ministerial sign off which I thought had lifted the fly out of the ointment.

The renegotiated deal was 15% of funds received for Duyung. I was surprised at the lack of buying since the sign off for Duyung but has allowed me to build up a really decent stake in EME mostly before but I bought more on that news.

As I understand it we should work on the basis that EME has a 7.225% stake in Duyung since we need to deduct the 15% payable under the loan agreement.

Has that 15% changed in renegotiations?

I am hoping for a good price point which makes the stake very valuable even at 7.225%. I hope this is announced soon, given the share price fall thus far today. Although this may offer an opportunity to get in at a good price - but not for me as I have no new investment funds available at this time.

Cheers Owen, hopefully we will get some GSA news in March that the GSA have been signed and all holding EME and Coro will see significant gains. Takes a lot of pressure off both companies too.

I understand the point you are making Shoeme and cant argue with it but just As Topaz may depend on extending current timelines to be in play Coro may be able as they have done before to renegotiate their debt.It looks as though Eme is funded to GSA sale as you say but we have been here before so let's not count chickens just yet.Im hopeful Coro will sort the debt out and have taken a position on that basis. If they dont then it's been the wrong call on my part.I also hope Eme are fully funded to point of sale if not again I will have made the wrong call. Not sure if you have a stake in Coro but good luck with Eme.

10owen, I appreciate both have upside on assets but Coro have $32m that needs to be repaid next month. That is the issue I was raising where EME is funded to Duyung sale, Coro might not be until this €32m is renegotiated unless the proceeds of the Duyung sale can be drawn down prior to settlement date next month.

The debts less but Coro have almost double the stake in Duyung.Coro have the renewables against Emes Topaz so time will tell which pays off. From a personal point of view I hope it is both as I have quite a few Eme and Coro shares as I think have a number of Lths.

With Coro having to repay so much money to the loan note holders in April, EME looks a better bet imo as our debt has ben renegotiated and is substantially less vurses the equity stake both companies have in Duyung . Plus there is the possibility of Topaz. Could see some flipping from Coro to EME.

Hey hilly man,

We changed the name to Thomas as a wind up which you fell for hook, line & sinker as expected.. The rest of the message is authentic but says nothing and dodged the question we asked related to whether CRD supported the new Q1 timeline.
Btw you are posting here 24 / 7. Same as the judas goat posting bilge here several times a day after losing his costermonger job selling fruit & veg from his handcart with his intimate sister in Macclesfield open air market.

Reply from Mike Carrington on Coro presentation:-

" Dear Thomas,

Thank you for your inquiry, both of these items are ongoing and that Conrad, the operator of the Duyung PSC, are leading in them as you would expect. It is of course very difficult for Coro to guide on specific timelines and we all eagerly await progress. "
