Does anybody know what we need to do by June 22 to secure 2 year drilling rights for Topaz?

Sorry to hear this Toon. My paper loss is not so severe and balanced out by positive performance elsewhere. Whatever anyone's loss it is however all relative and the hope is that anyone on a loss will be able to recoup these with a plan going forwards, although this might take further patience. The obvious issues aside, I revisited my previous research notes last eve and it's worth noting the licenses we have and the 'potential' they offer - Duyung, California (multiple projects) and China. For an absolute minnow with no production, the only way we can ever participate, and play with the big boys, is to raise capital one way or the other and roll the dice. That's what makes the potential here so exciting and the risks so high. This isn't a Shell or BP.I expect 1.4p is being touted as from memory this was the level of the raise after Sugarloaf?

Bengal, I'm doing nothing of the sort - I merely pointed out it was clear he does not know if there will be a placing based on his comment

TK has 89m shares. He is going to protect as far as possible and wont be doing placing down here imho. Conrad need to get on with Duyung to support listing before recession starts to effect prices.

If that is the case presumably for working capital and to pay off the Loan Note. Interesting quietness on volume.

Bengal I don't know but looking at the posts on here and telegram yesterday lots of people saying there is looking at how the shares have been sold off. I am sure Tom is trying to sort out the CLN holders and getting money ready for Topaz I just hope we can get a resolution on Duyung and monetise that to get the money he needs

Kiplig

It's easy to blame management for leak but there are many others involved.

Drill crew and office, brokers etc.

When you think the deposit was scammed much less risk to bribe someone for info on drill progress.

Jade and Topaz were both assessed as very good prospects. With the learning from Jade then Topaz could now be assessed as a better prospect than Jade, particularly if they can become more certain of the origination of the very positive indicator gas clouds in Topaz that were present in other successful producing wells. All stil in play.

The FCA need to investigate the trades and who was making them prior to the result being RNS'd.I expect the same people will be involved in the placing selling down before hand picking up new stock at some ridiculously low level.Best thing to do if you think this is happening is sell your holding before they do and screw the price for them l.I dumped my load yesterday. I'm not playing their games.

Sorry to see the fall. I watch shares now and again but got out completely a few years ago. Best thing I ever did.As always after bad news, I see that one Aussie poster is conspicuous by his absence.Good luck for the future.
