swendab1, On most occasions I've read Pro_S2009 posts he puts up the information from the companies RNS, and brokers notes usually with diagrams and nice coloured pictures for individuals like yourself who would appear to struggle with the written word.. There's nothing wrong with positivity in a share you're invested in!!

Said that the institutional investors in the placing were in for the well result but I reckon some will be derisking and selling shares knowing they can be replaced with warrants.

That is what I have done with half my placing allocation.

The objective of the Jade well is to test for hydrocarbons down to TD of 2860 metres MD.

How do you know it’s not CLN’s?
I think we will get an rns when they have finished selling (bwtfdik)
You say folk are selling 12p warrants at 10p-11p 🤣😂
No 12p warrants have been converted lately or the company would have RNS’d us

Why the hell would warrant holders (many ordinary PI's like myself) forward sell warrants that cost 12p at less than 12p?????????

It makes no sense whatsoever.

Warrant holders are going to wait for the result of the drill. Then the warrants will be worthless or worth a fortune!

The sells you refer to could be CLN or a large holder wishing to derisk if he was accumulating at 6p.

It would also help your cause if you did a bit more research.

There are not 80m warrants at 12p.

There were 83,698,498 shares issued in the placing and the placees recieved 1 warrant for every two shares they purchased.

So that gives a total of 41,849,249 warrants.

As you say some of them have been excercised.

As usual the immature can’t hold a sensible conversation. What is it they say..lack of knowledge or intelligence (or both). I’m more than happy with my 140k at 6.5p. I have no concern. Simply debating and discussing as fellow investors do. As per seems incapable on here. But happily listen to those this morning expecting 20p lol (here we are at 11p). Anyone here’s to tomorrow. Each to their own

This is AIM. Just remember that. The Wild West. The stock isn’t just CLNs. You just have to look at the last 10-14 days trades, times and sizes then look at how many CLNs were RNSd the last 4-6 weeks. If like
Me you are looking at the live trades all day, you will see the CLNs are done. 7mil alone today in just 250 or 450k blocks. Simple maths

As I see it:- 83mil warrants at 12p issued in July 21. So far only 3,819,444 have been exercised. This leaves a massive 80 MIL to be exercised by 22 October. That’s around £9.4mil. The question is are these being forward sold, and will the holders exercise to fund any flow test or sit on their hands. I firmly believe CLNs were done some time ago. Too many sells to still be CLNs. My view is it’s the forward selling of warrants which would explain where the constant stock is coming from

I’m not worried, sitting on 140k at 6.5p. My comment was more out of interest “as the post stated”, at where all the sells are coming from. Just a very simple discussion point
