Begorrah, I have a fairly mixed portfolio, so only one colour nailed to the mast.

I get frustrated, not angry, with people who harp on about the same issue time after time, ignore anything anybody says, and only look at one side of the coin.

If you notice I also get frustrated with lowsulphur1 who keeps on saying sell Duyung when everything points to the fact we will not be selling it anytime soon, certainly not until the GSA puts a value on it, and preferably until after there have been further investigations into the potential increased size and quantity.

Personally I believe I have a fairly balanced view, and post as such. I have criticised TK many times in the past and continue to do so. I criticised his cluster fk of a mess caused by sending the payment to a fraudulent account when it is easy to prevent such mistakes from happening. But what has happened can't as yet be undone and the preparation for drilling continues, or it will as soon as we get this damn survey and permitting completed!!

You've invested heavily here, nailed your colours firmly to the mast of TK so perhaps it is easier for you to direct your anger at someone on a bulletin board who queries some of the extraordinary sequence of bad luck that EME seem to suffer.Probably easier than directing awkward questions where they should be going or wondering whether you might be wrong in your conviction.My 'negativity' as you see it has been borne out by the continuing absence of all the things shareholders have been expecting for such a long time. Until such time as my concerns have been proven wrong I will continue to highlight the anomalies between what is said & what actually happens.Keep smiling

Is all this fluff about cyber crime an omen? They sent out a team who tracked down an account and are 40% certain that when they open the box it will be " filled to spill" with cash. The fun has not started yet. It wasn't supposed to be like this. Top slicing and warrants at 18p and Duyung sold? Advance Energy was a 85% COS at the start of last week. According to the experts and internal estimates.

What is obvious is that this is a sophisticated fraud done with inside information.

Some would have to had told the fraudsters that a payment was due to be made and the exact amount and then an invoice mocked up to look exactly like a COSL invoice and then submitted just before the real one.

Either that or the money was diverted en route which would be a bank problem.

Either way we are unlikely to be told as the matter is under criminal investigation.

I do not say everyone's opinion is wrong, but I do say they are jumping to conclusions.

If you bother to read my posts properly you will see that I say that even though the bank acc was frozen we do not know how much is in it and the fact that EME have frozen the Company assets might imply there is not enough in the account to cover the loss and further more I say that a company involved in Cyber fraud is unlikely to have any tangible assets.


Yet again you willingly misinterpret RNS's and post's on this forum to create mischief for a company you allegedly hold shares in.

well I'm not laying into EME as if I know all the facts. I don't know any of the facts and that's the problem its open to interpretation and that's what this BB is here for - for discussion.

But what I can say its embarrassing for EME and doesn't inspire confidence.

Frozen bank account - meaningless - money would have been transferred out of the fraudsters account long ago.

Frozen assets of who exactly? Cosl, another company, private individual? No information provided which may be down to legal reasons who knows. If its an 18 year old computer wizz hacking into Cosl server he hasn't got any assets.


Anyway bad news out of the way and thank goodness it wasn't the main tranche of the payment for the drill, RNS next for survey completed which looks like from the previous posts its well underway.

Buzz, I am only speculating but all EME has is a bank account number they have paid to, probably with a fictitious company name. They are unlikely to know anything else, not at least whether there is any money in said account or the culprits.
