Rumour on the Coro thread last week was that the HOA had been signed. However no subsequent mention by Coro nor EME of any signature. If it had been so, then it is likely that they would have issued a market release given the importance of the topic, perhaps with a few financial details, especially if Tom is looking for a pre spud bounce. In early Sep he mentioned on " Share Talk " that he was expecting breakthrough news at Duyung, presumably related to the GSAs.

On 11 Nov Mark Hood stated during his pre - recorded presentation, that he planned to arrange the latest formal Q & A to discuss progress / plans etc. This is in addition to his replies on 22 Nov to the legacy questions raised on 11 Nov. At the previous Q & A in May, James Parsons described Mako as a " big boy" asset.

As per Hood, it is looking promising for GSA signature by year end. No mention of any HOA, so perhaps no HOA is planned this time.

Raj - a few nations released oil from their reserves yesterday. I agree, this bull run has a way to go.

Hey I am patient, it did say over the coming weeks… but at the end of the day… TK has had how many years to get this funded… and he has now got a situation where we are supposedly drilling next month and he hasn’t told the market how it’s going to be fully funded. IMO this could easily slip… the window was open until March as I remember… it could easily get worse before it gets better.

Well after waiting 12 years+ I will be holding through drill. Was going to sell half in into spud/drilling but doesn't look like we are going to get 25p+ anytime soon. He who dares Rodders......this time next year we'll all be millionaires!

If China fails and we are using Duyung as collateral for the loan then I doubt that’s going to be the case 🤷‍a94;️

I think even if China fails completely, Duyung derisks the whole lot at current market cap. Heads you win, tails you break even.

A fair point but if you look at my calcs I think if Jade hits then Topaz will automatically be upgraded and it will value the share price much more than 50p, of course with a million I could indeed do what you say and keep the rest for Topaz.

I had 76p risked and 123p unrisked on 395Million barrels and

I had 43p risked and 86p unrisked on 225Million barrels

Stewart, why be out by the time Topaz is drilled??

Let's say an investor has 1 million shares at an average of 6pps = £60k at cost...

Let's say EME hits 50p off Jade...sell 50% = £250k banked. (+£190k profit)

Let's say EME hits 150p off Topaz...sell 50% = £375k banked

Let's say EME hits 300p off Pearl...sell remainder = £500k banked

Total = £1.125mln (£1.065mln profit)

or you could be out before Topaz at 50p for £500k...after 12 years!!!...I think it is worth keeping a percentage of one's shares for both Topaz and Pearl...especially if they have gas clouds ;-)

stewart - Agree. If Duyung news drops, could be any time now, it will ignite the share price and there will be a scramble here and in Coro. For the sake of a few weeks or less I'd rather be in than join the chasing pack.

Why the negativity here and at Coro, I like many read the rumour and Safi's posts, Duyung looks huge, as for eme well listen to the podcasts, what did Gaz say "not surprised if we spudded on Christmas day " sod the turkey.

Look at Cenkos previous report,look at my low ball calcs, did Laz do some also, mine were for Jade only, Topaz could be 3 times plus more than Jade and then Pearl, I hope I am out by Topaz or were bought out prior to Topaz.

Yea 41% COS, I would go all in but wife would kill me as she says been saying all this for 12 years, yes I know but I believe with Duyung and Block 29 China many here will retire, but hey that's my view, we will start to know very soon and the share is 7p, unreal, I will now watch and wait.

Investors here and on the sidelines need to understand because if this comes off, you will not catch it !!

Saf, Mark Hood of Coro stated that the HoAs have been signed, so more than a rumour. Pity Tom doesn't have a proactive interview where he can also confirm. MH believes GSAs will be signed before year end...although he did think they would be signed by mid 2021, which aligns with your previous posts. Of course with all 'predictions' there is a likelihood that left field events throw spanners in the works, however in our case it's a solid gold bag of very big spanners that have led to presumably higher prices in our final deal ;-0 aimho dyofr

If, as Saf has said above, Duyung is worth c$40m to eme (and possibly more), then I can't see TK giving away any chunks from either China or Duyung atm. Borrow against Duyung, as others have suggested, and it's job done. Also less dilution than if warrants had been exercised.

Blakieboy - Interested parties for sure but interested in what?

Will TK give away a sizeable chunk of China away - I'm not so sure about that- I think he's more likely to give up a chunk of Duyung to an interested party and keep the 49% of china fully funded to ourselves. He needs the HOA/GSA RNS to maximise the price of the partial sale.

Just my guess work of what may be going on behind the scenes....
