20/11/2021 13:14 | I apologise for the fact that I stated in my earlier post that the rumour on the Coro thread was that the GSAs had been signed. Having re-read the thread it clearly states that the HOAs only have been signed, so an error on my part.I have included a short edit in the post. Signature of the HOAs, if true is still a very important event, as it normally means that all of the details inc price, pricing formula etc have been agreed, subject to the formal GSA signature, perhaps at a signing ceremony. However the prior HOA in Summer 2018 didn´t lead to a signed GSA due to external factors but hopefully it will happen this time. In terms of disclosure I am sure that Coro / EME were heavily involved pre HOA signature as per their Duyung PSC company agreements with Conrad, so they should be planning to issue RNSs, perhaps as early as Monday, if the rumour is true. I do not know how long it might take to sign the GSAs. In his 25 Oct presentation Mark Hood has an end of year timeline for both the GSA & the upgraded POD @ 2C 485Bcf. The latter is out of date as the POD was signed in Sep. During the recent Pro Active webinar he promised to arrange a new Q & A, which might shed some light on latest dates etc. | safiande
20/11/2021 11:43 | Jamesiebaby, looking at your chart and comparing to the Advfn chart, if you were to draw channel lines connecting the three recent higher highs on the top of the channel, and the three higher lows forming the base of the channel, it would be interesting to see the next potential target price at the top of the channel, if it were to bounce that high. Hopefully north of 12p, which would exclude an exponential breakout! | lazarus2010
20/11/2021 11:38 | Saf, the rumour is that HoAs have been signed, not GSAs, just in case anybody accuses you of ramping. Also in your above post you mention that the step out will target 100bln 'recoverable'...I was previously under the impression it was 100bln OGiP so if it's recoverable then that's another boost to my own estimates! How long in your estimation might it take to go from HoA to GSA, considering that negotiations have been ongoing for probably more than 1 year, and assuming that one of the GSAs will be signed with the party that has been negotiating all this time, there can't be much left to agree or disagree on...except the price / pricing mechanism!? | lazarus2010
20/11/2021 10:51 | Big news... Well done to all holders | bengal1
20/11/2021 10:49 | The rumour on the Coro thread is that the GSAs have already been signed with the 2 Customers. ( EDIT. Rumour is that the HOAs only have been signed ). If true, then there will be little opportunity if at all, for Conrad to keep this from EME & Coro, particularly given that one of the customers is Sembcorp who are listed on the SET and have market obligations. Furthermore the previous GSAs with Sembcorp in 1999 & 2008 which were worth several US$ Billions were signed to great fanfare, witnessed by Indonesia´s energy minister, Singapore´s ambassador to Indonesia etc. "Sembcorp Seals Gas Deal Worth US$5.5 Billion" Apr 2008 Second GSA. Additionally in view of the energy crisis in Singapore this will be a major story in the region in its own right, if they manage to guarantee supply for a further 20 years or so from 2024 - 2044. The current 30 year Duyung PSC licence expires in 2037, but is sure to be extended, particularly if the Mako field is bigger than expected. If so, the location and number of the wells will be interesting. At present as at FID in mid 2022 they are planning a straightforward development concept involving 5 wells in 2023 & a further 2 - 3 wells in 2027 to maintain plateau production of 150mmscf/pd. If the reservoir extends to Medco´s patch, they could drill additional wells taking the total to over 200mmscf/pd, which is obviously huge and will potentially increase the value of the GSAs, from the outset and/or during the course of production. Cenkos has already confirmed that an extra well is planned to drill the additional shallow step out prospect to the SE of Mako viz:- "At the southern end of the Mako field sits the Mako Shallow prospect, comprising two shallow stacked reservoirs above the crestal ‘horst’ of the main field. PSTM data has revealed two distinct amplitude anomalies, conformable with closure in the shallow Muda sandstones. It is anticipated that a single well could test the prospect and appraise the southern end of the Mako field. Gross prospective resources are estimated to be 100Bcf recoverable, with a 75% chance of success. " This prospect could increase EME´s valuation which is currently based on 2C of 485Bcf ( GCA audit ) even further, as the valuation currently excludes the potentially bigger field & this step out well. Also Tom mentioned in EME´s latest AGM presentation that there are oil production & gas export fields within 20km of Mako, which could potentially lie in the path of Mako´s extended single tank reservoir. | safiande
20/11/2021 10:10 | Aye 40% from here will just about take us to 10p 🙈😩 | judijudi

20/11/2021 05:12 | Well if WSBN can go up 40%+ when they are imminently due to start drilling.... | noobiedoobie
19/11/2021 16:57 | There is, of course, a middle of the road scenario on this rumour. It could very well be true (it seems plausible to me), but Conrad are not allowing Eme or Coro to announce until a binding GSA is signed. This could be next week or next month but Conrad do have serious form for not formally passing on information to their partners, which means updates that they have given verbally cannot be translated into a RNS. It'll come soon. Just like the news for the China funding will come soon. Hopefully not on the same day though. ;-) Imo | jemjem
19/11/2021 14:44 | rafboy, quite likely as we have had rather a lot of rumours that have turned out erroneous | currypasty
19/11/2021 14:12 | Perhaps they don’t believe it and are waiting for the RNS. | rafboy

19/11/2021 12:27 | The calm before the storm watch cora if what were hearing is right Dunyung were on a winner | michaelhfrancis
19/11/2021 11:56 | The poster on Coro has been on ADVFN for 10 years and rarely posts. | the donald
19/11/2021 11:50 | Great news if true. After the Coro podcast recently, the CEO seemed confident it was all coming together. Just what EME needs to stimulate a lot of late interest pre drill. | the donald
19/11/2021 11:43 | Copied from the Coro BBWell well I just heard from a guy I worked with in the oil and gas industry in Singapore he tells me the rumour is Conrad have now signed two HOA with two purchasers of the gas. So come on Coro get the news released to the market this will take off when that?s released. | bluehooperman
19/11/2021 11:42 | Sounds plausible and if true, then helpful the market maker will be sweating over the weekend ;-))Lol. | jemjem |
