How many shares do you think they've sold in between this RNS and the previous one? If your answer is none, then it could be a while before "they're out" |
Once they're out the share price should motor |
Decent gains. It's a nominee account so who knows who they have been buying for. Cashing in profits maybe for a free carry? Who knows. |
another week should see the back of them |
And just now:Empyrean Energy was notified on 6 February 2025 that Nortrust Nominees Limited now holds 121,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 3.75% of the issued share capital of the Company. |
184 million a week ago down to 147 million yesterday "Empyrean Energy was notified on 4 February 2025 that Nortrust Nominees Limited now holds 147,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 4.5% of the issued share capital of the Company." |
Nortrust is a nominee account and like all nominee accounts is held on behalf of many investors. Some are selling and why not when sitting at near 50,% profit.Others may hold for more |
Can you explain how 184 million and 147 million are the same number please? No need for an example when we have the actual situation. |
I give up with such morons it's beyond belief. 8+2 = 10 jeez you had to highlight a typo. And no one answered the question how many amont holds |
I'm afraid people are that stupid. And are also stupid enough to think they can demonstrate they are cleverer than others. In this case, a quick look at the maths (forget the previous flawed understanding), demonstrates maths might not have featured very highly in his education...
"Eme has 2 shares in issue Amont holds 1 share. Amont therefore holds 50%
Eme issue 9more shares. Total 10shares"
Err... 2 plus 9 = 11 , when I was at skool. |
I've filtered.
Nobody can be that stupid can they?

🤦🏻 |
Amont one last time I'll give you an example.
Eme has 2 shares in issue Amont holds 1 share. Amont therefore holds 50%
Eme issue 8more shares. Total 10shares Amount doesn't sell a dime or give them away and still holds 1 share.
What's amont's holding now in % terms? |
I would ignore He’s either blinkered with Rose Tints, winding folk up or is just plain clueless |
He is trying to wind you up. Ignore or filter. |

READ both RNS's
28th January - They held 184 million shares - ignore percentages 5th February - They held 147 million shares - ignore percentages
When I went to school 184million-147million equalled 37million.
If they did not sell them, they must have given them away.
GLA
I'm editing and adding this bit.
You must be trying to wind people up - surely! |
Honestly people's lack of understanding even with school boy gorl person mathematics hasn't helped you understand is beyond me.
Good luck either way |
No I'm being nice in explaining it.
The rns doesn't even mention the word sold. I gave a simple example last night yet none of you get it
Empyrean Energy was notified on 4 February 2025 that Nortrust Nominees Limited now holds 147,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 4.5% of the issued share capital of the Company. |

WOW!
Read the relevant RNS's, people are trying to explain it to you nicely but you are not listening and checking.
Nortrust have sold 37 million shares!
GLA |
🤷a94;️🤦🏻 |
Soggy yes their holding has redcued, but the company hasn't sold shares. There's a differnce. |
Nice to see a bit of a bounce back Long may it continue, it should if the sellers don’t spoil the fun |
Me to Good to hear from you bishop |
I remember you, bishopawn. All the best |
