25/10/2017 11:43 | blueblood, Does Brimsley's post not refer to the October 2017 report on stock analysis, is the 41C the valuation of eme or 23.8p per share based on an 85% COS and assuming only 300bcf, if so that looks very good. Or is his post just gibberish. safi are you about mate to comment. | stewart4700
25/10/2017 11:41 | I think three things give it away: Strachan spelt wrong. Mention of placing Reckons he's sober! LOL Read one of his previous posts saying the drill bit got stuck - DYOR. | whoneedslottery2
25/10/2017 11:28 | Strachan's comments below from a few weeks back, can't see how it would change: Allowing an 85% chance that Dempsey holds at least 300 Bcf of gas produces a value target of 0.5 cps to PCL, 2.6 cps to Xstate, 14 pence per share to Empyrean and 49 cents per share for Sacgasco- link below. The crucial data is will it flow and how much is there!! The initial analysis was 1TCF, so Strachan assumes less than a third of that in his calculation. Also, if it flows it will open up the rest of the area of mutual interest as a going concern. | kevjames
25/10/2017 11:17 | Look out Brimsley the deramper has just turned up! Who would have thought it with news so close... | blueblood

25/10/2017 11:04 | Thanks for the replies, So it seems gas is only flared when there is no metered pipe system nearby to pump it in to. We don't have that problem so it is cash in the bank from the minute she flows. Nice! This time next month we'll all be millionaires Rodders! | harrissen
25/10/2017 10:56 | Blueblood. I totally agree!!! Madness!! This could be a very exciting coming week!!! | bobby1904

25/10/2017 10:27 | Why anyone would sell now is beyond me. Why not yesterday if they were looking to exit? Very low volume though so hopefully reverse of yesterday and run up this pm! | blueblood
25/10/2017 10:25 | harrissen. Interesting point. | rutter
25/10/2017 10:18 | peter strachen....at $450 to subscribe, ill wait till someone else posts it! | currypasty
25/10/2017 10:07 | Will the flow tested gas go straight in to the metered system? Peter Strachan's Stock Analysis update on SGC is supposed to be out today, anyone read it yet? | harrissen
25/10/2017 09:26 | surely the length of the flow test will determine when we find out the results........the company has stated it is expecting to perforate and start the flow test at the end of October........they have also stated that they expect (subject to a suitable flow being achieved) to hook up the well to start sales ASAP and get income flowing in. what they haven't said is how long they will flow test for BEFORE they hook it up......whether/when they will advise what the flow rate is........when they will decide to calculate what the likely recoverable content is, etc, etc. surely, the order of the day for the patient among us is: 1. let them perforate safely and properly 2. hope they flow test at a decent (commercial) rate 3. let them hook it up and start selling the stuff 4. let us know commercially sensitive information as and when required number 4 actually isn't that important - 1 to 3 are crucial. if they do 1 to 3 properly, then can tell me 4 any time they like. 25/10/2017 09:15 | stewart4700 24 Oct '17 - 11:45 - 11257 of 11283 0 0 twaintwix, I see your post more than likely contributed to the u turn on the price, not sure where you got that info but the company clearly state end of Oct for flow tests so I will go with them. If you are correct how do you know, now give me an answer. .................... Some of you think I am deramping but that is not so. I hold shares in this company and will not sell before the flow results are known so any delay related to certainty of providing a good result is fine by me. I have no information other than a post I read on hotcopper which said the gun was yet to be put in position which led me to thinking there would be a delay, but on further research I found that the perforation gun can be put in place in a day or so and fired immediately so my theory that the test flow would be in December goes straight out the window on that one. We could have the gun fired any time with an RNS by Friday, or latest Monday. | twaintwix
25/10/2017 09:07 | Top up time. | tidy 2
25/10/2017 07:31 | peter placing at VOG.... | deanroberthunt
25/10/2017 07:07 | I would go by the time lines the company give in RNS. Not someone that posts there time lines on here. I mean when you get people posting the workers will be sitting around looking at the gun for a month before shooting it.lol | peterpowell21
24/10/2017 20:53 | The rig crew seem like a sharp bunch, evidenced by the fact that they popped in and worked over another well in a few days on the way. Pretty bloody impressive but that said, they do need to be EXTREMELY careful with those pressures so, whatever it takes.... | control1 |
