07/11/2024 17:47 | There is nothing in the market that suggests the COS is as low as 30%, the Cooper Basin is oil prolific, as ever some longs who deem to have been shafted (ignoring AIM's woeful performance) seem determined to trash their own investment, just because the share price is low now does not mean it will stay there. In raising £1m cash the company is secure whereas previously it was not, now there is new project interest as well as the guaranteed sale of the Mako stake which, as everyone knows, is worth multiples of the current m/cap. One suspects some very shrewd operators have bought the placing and their holding will not be flipped for the usual 10% preferring to wait for multiples of profit. Buy the lows and profit. | mrblobbythe2nd
07/11/2024 17:14 | Jade was touted at over 40% COS and we know what happened there! | judijudi
07/11/2024 16:28 | He hasn't bought it, he has secured the option as I understand it, which is why he had to raise this money for EME to get the option transferred to them and contribute to the drill | showme01
07/11/2024 16:18 | Exactly Curry, Tk is a criminal, probably used the missing 2m to buy it. He needs investigating in my view. Sure he did it on EME salary too. | dodgydd
07/11/2024 16:15 | Bloody hell, so it's cost us £1m for a 30% COS for a possible £30m find , possibly more. | showme01
07/11/2024 16:13 | 30% ish COS | judijudi
07/11/2024 16:07 | If we found a 20m barrel equivalent discovery, what would our 40% be worth. If a barrel in the ground is a very conservative $5 a barrel, that's $40m to EME. Any one know the commercial chance of success? £30m GBP, that really would sort us out. We could even keep our 8.5% of Duyung and fund the development and keep TK in salary for years and years to come. | showme01
07/11/2024 15:56 | Curry Because he looks after himself first and foremost as he’s always done In my opinion | judijudi
07/11/2024 15:53 | Maybe TK won it in a surfing competition? | showme01
07/11/2024 15:44 | why did Apnea get it and not EME direct? | currypasty
07/11/2024 15:39 | 'The Wilson prospect is being prepared for near term drilling once final surveys are complete and permits granted. The prospect has been mapped with a combination of 2D and 3D seismic and has estimated prospective oil in place in the range of 8.7 million barrels of oil equivalent to 37.4million barrels of oil equivalent with a mean of 21.3 million barrels of oil equivalent. Nearby fields are said to have recovery factors up to 50 per cent. The proposed acquisition of the option will allow Empyrean to earn a minimum 40 per cent working Interest' Considering the low capex to fund EME's obligation of the drill and the success in the area along with an average of 21m of barrels of oil equivalent, TK or Gaz actually seems to have found a very good opportunity. I wonder how they got it? | showme01
07/11/2024 15:27 | This is the kind of result that EME are targeting. Recent well result in Cooper Basin from Bass Oil flows nearly 1000 barrels a day, announced yesterday. | mrblobbythe2nd
07/11/2024 14:47 | Copy and paste please as can't read it | showme01
07/11/2024 14:22 | Interesting update from Jim https://oilman.beehi | cat33
07/11/2024 14:19 | "it proposes to carry out a capital reorganisation of the ordinary share capital of the Company to subdivide each Existing Ordinary Share into one new ordinary share of 0.01 pence each and one deferred share of 0.19 pence each (the "Capital Reorganisation")" Will the "deferred shares" just be another class of share on the register? Or does this imply that I'll have a warrant exercisable at 0.19p? | petercrosby
07/11/2024 10:17 | There have only been two trades worth over £1k this morning. This is hardly a market at all. Volume is less than minuscule. Any talk of significant buying or selling is nonsense. | georgesorrow
07/11/2024 09:39 | Dont worry, the MM's will be in on it one way or another, IMO They will be happy to sell them to punters at 0.13, and get back at 0.1 | currypasty
07/11/2024 09:36 | The auction process is being used by those with DMA to make it look like there is stuff going on - to suck the pi's in. Putting 1 share buy and sell orders "at market" for example, just to create an auction Nothing wrong with newbies making a profit, but people should not be fooled by random posters on a bb. Me included, I guess! | bs_spotted
07/11/2024 09:36 | rocketing now | astorcourt
07/11/2024 08:45 | And the purpose of the auctions is bs_spotted? Just because things have not worked out for your investment here does not mean new buyers cannot make a healthy profit. Out of pocket longs hate the thought of others making a profit. | mrblobbythe2nd
07/11/2024 08:35 | What a load of pumping rumping tosh being chucked out by all the newcomers who have got themselves long and are trying to pump away to make their turn. so obvious. Background buy orders! MM's have no stock! They can have as much as they like off Kelly and make a nice 30-40% turn. Lol Lol | bs_spotted
07/11/2024 08:27 | They are filling orders, background buying occurring explains the auctions, plain and simple. Do the maths, sub 2.75m m/cap v Mako stake (will be sold eventually) worth £10m/£15m? & now 40% interest in a upcoming well spud in the Cooper Basin Price is a gift, especially now they are funded. | mrblobbythe2nd
07/11/2024 08:10 | Looks like the auctions are back, that means they do not have much stock to fill demand. Interesting. | broken_arrow1
07/11/2024 08:09 | Agenda…ffs we are at 0.123 of 1p, if anybody has an agenda then it’s cowboy Tom. You need to take a reality check, an agenda at 0.123p ffs | birotop |
