These trades are 'off market' - it is a way an entity can disguise themselves, according to Wikipedia its a way someone can acquire stock from overseas and not via usual markets. Has to be Nortrust, maybe they are about to deliver a message to TK & Co, if the Mako money comes it will be distributed to shareholders and not on the next 'must do' project.
