17/12/2024 23:33 | No it doesn't. Shareholders here are actually glorified financial prisoners - warden Kelly has them under lock and key, with no intention of Letting them out soon. Duyung? It will take another 2-3years atleast imo. Plus, reckon any remaining balances from Duyung after settling debts, will just be rolled onto the next deadbeat project TK has lined up, whether it's with Apnea or some other concern. Value? every project is a money pit or stranded with no timelines. So, in my opinion, eme is just worth its cash value, I think price will fall to that over next few months.Cash | cashandcard
17/12/2024 22:00 | It doesn't help that the partner company for the prospective Wilson project is called "Apnea" which is the state of ceasing to breathe temporarily. This is a medical condition which, if left unaddressed, can be life threatening. Whoever came up with that name (presumably TK) was not giving a great deal of thought to shareholder confidence. | odillon
17/12/2024 21:39 | Apart from in posts on forums on this site and on the LSE site I still cannot find any record of a 40 percent GCos (geological chance of success) for the Wilson project. I am beginning to think that this GCos figure has been quoted mistakenly. But if it is genuine please could someone provide an official link with confirmation of a GCos percentage for the Wilson project with details of which organisation provided it. I understand that further surveys are being carried out and so if it is the case that there is no GCos estimate now for the Wilson project, perhaps one will be forthcoming soon. | odillon
17/12/2024 13:35 | Showme - You mentioned a 40 per cent geological chance of success for the Wilson drill. I cannot find this in the RNS's - was this an independent figure or is it EME's estimate? This is what EME said about Jade which was an unsuccessful drill; "The 2021 drilling campaign is targeting a world class conventional oil target in the Jade Prospect, to which Gaffney Cline & Associates ("GCA") assigned a Geological Chance of Success ("GCoS") of 32%. Subsequent to this independent assessment, the Company completed a gas cloud study and post stack seismic inversion study that it believes further mitigates risk and increases the GCoS to 41%." Obviously just because Jade failed it does not follow that Wilson would also fail, but I would like to know if the Wilson 40% Gcos is coming from an independent source or from EME? | odillon

17/12/2024 13:15 | Stopping investors from buying into the company…that | birotop
17/12/2024 12:47 | A successful drilling campaign at Wilson could literally be a game changer and far exceed the value of any sale in our 8.5% of Duyung imo. | showme01

17/12/2024 12:34 | As I understand it the purpose of nominees is either to conceal the identity of a large shareholder or to reduce administration by acting for multiple shareholders. If it is the latter which I believe is more common, I would think that on important votes individual shareholders would be able express their own preference. That being the case then a Nortrust vote isn't a block vote. Also, in any vote, all the other minority shareholders including ourselves have the opportunity to have a say. The minority shareholders together hold the majority of the 2.55 billion shares in issue. Nortrust currently have 6.2 % of the shares. So even if it was a block vote others would have the opportunity to resist their will, whatever that might be, should they wish to do so. Lowsulphur - suggesting the possibility of a dividend payout from Mako ought not to deter new shareholders. Clearly if Nortrust were to be recommending such a proposal to their client or clients they must see profit in it. The latest new shares purchased via Nortrust were at 0.1 pence and the current price is even less than that. Does anyone care to estimate what the payout on each share would be if Mako was sold, debts settled and the balance proceeds divided between shareholders? | odillon
17/12/2024 12:00 | What’s negative about that comment? It started with a fact and ended in a optimistic hypothesis Oh and NO to you’re request | judijudi
17/12/2024 11:00 | Hi Judijudi will you stop putting negative comments on this BB you are stopping investors to buy shares in the company and your negative comments are not helping to move the price upwards. | lowsulpher1
17/12/2024 08:45 | SP now at an all time low 🤢🤮 I wonder if Nortrust are still buying? They only have to spend another £40kish and they have more shares than our shower combined Wonder what their plan is and what’s attracted them to EME? I can only presume it’s to try and force through a divi on any Mako sale 🤞🤞 bwtfdik and imho | judijudi

16/12/2024 16:40 | Conrad gone very quiet again. They have really messed up big time with timescales and yet again another year goes by without farm out and FID. Outside their direct control but they must have had some pointers to likely process and outcome from sale process by now! | blueblood
16/12/2024 16:28 | As per usual they will make appalling reading | judijudi
16/12/2024 16:07 | Probably release them between Xmas & New Year and bury them. They were out on 20th December last year. Good to see couple of tick downs from the appeasers..... | blueblood

16/12/2024 08:49 | Well then they have no confidence either | judijudi
16/12/2024 08:26 | Or it's the placing broker selling their shares..... | showme01
16/12/2024 08:23 | Selling at .92 Presume they have no confidence in Kelly delivering | judijudi
16/12/2024 06:56 | Glad to see a few are finally starting to see the potential, it is only a matter of short time before the share price reflects the opportunity for investors to multi bag their entry point. Once the placing fee shares are gone they are gone, most of the 130m or so of these have been taken already. EME current m/cap just £2.5m. | mrblobbythe2nd
15/12/2024 11:44 | When's Malcy's next interview with TK? ??? | scaleyman
15/12/2024 11:32 | As Apnea is TK, it's bound to happen otherwise he has heavily diluted everyone including himself. | showme01 |
