My guess is we will have another RNS Tuesday stating BOP installed and tested and next casing progressing. That gives 6 days to finish 13 3/8” casing and install BOP. After BOP real chance we could be in the realms of “shows” by the end of next week. Also wouldn’t surprise me if the planned 26 days to TD is beaten looking at current progress.

I think in the event of a Jade discovery then CNOOC will take up its rights to back in to 51%........they are actively looking to expand South China Sea area, as well as Bohai and Guyana offshore.

News that could seriously underpin Jade, if imminent, so let's be having it.

Natural Gas prices going through the roof, the highest prices in well over a decade, so it makes sense that Conrad are fighting for top end GSAs, or perhaps a sale of the JV asset.

Exciting time for all EME investors.

Latest Mark Hood interview with ProActive. He links the 2 year Eurobond extension to cover the period up to first gas at Duyung more or less. This could indicate that Coro plans to stay in at least for development. Could be the same for EME?
Capex is relatively modest. Development concepts being finalised pre-FEED. See Jem´s post on the Upstream article in Feb.
Will shortly commence FEED as per Conrad Asia´s new site.

When I got home at 4pm - uk time 1 on, saw the monitor with price down for 3rd consecutive day with news announced. I thought it was bad news and my heart sunk a bit. When I read the news and sae the word “pleased”; it was a relief to read the rest of the news

From memory, every time we expected news that will raise the price it ALWAYS did the opposite until we the news of being awarded this deal. We were about 3 p then and had the funding done at 3 pm. We have been up and down many times but never when people said it will go up on such and such news but this never sort of happened. Well this time if the oil is there that should be a game changer

Very hopeful but from past experience with EME I an erring on the careful side

I remember Premier oil & the Catcher discovery that everyone expected to set the share price alight but every time it got a bit closer the share price got dumped on by all the warrants that had been issued to get to each stage of progress (& the obligatory delays) & that pattern went all the way through with excited posters saying how the next step would be the one - never happened, by the time they got to First Oil they had raised that much money through carious mechanics & special deals with funds that the share price never got back to anywhere bear expected & Tony Durrant eventually sold it on in a por deal for shareholders. I hope that isn't the case here but big insti's will always take a profit in preference to risk.

sorry I thought you were talking about the gaps along the way up. But, I see what you mean a gap on a down treand should be filled on the way back up. And yes, you are correct, that gap from Nov. 2017 18.75 - 21.125 needs to be filled.

PC yes it does, unless a breakaway gap. Ultimately, the 2017 gap got filled on the way down later that year/2018.

Does gap theory work on the way up? I think there is one at 20p from Dec 2017
