Absolutely, Peter. The question is what value the warrant holders place on their extrinsic value. They will exercise below 12p but how much below is yet to be determined. This will go down to the wire but the valuation set up is compelling. 10 weeks until spud date. You either believe that or you don't. But what does the pay-off profile look like?

JJ who wouldn't want to buy an entitlement to shares at 12p and 18p when the share price is north of 50p possibly even as high as £5?

As I said previously I'm reasonably certain you'd get the opportunity to get your 12p back before total depth.

Question for toon: can Longstate funding actually fund the drill?

Looking back at the Longstate RNS, it says shares can be issued in £200k tranches every 20 days, or £500k every 20 days with Longstate agreement.

If £5m is needed, that would take 200 days with Longstate agreement, unless Longstate and EME can reach mutual agreement (there is provision for this) over shorter periods than 20 days. Longstate would clearly have to play ball here, and is not under any obligation to release £5m over a couple of months.

The whole point is to get the share price up before that date so that warrant holders convert. It's looking more like TKs hat is rabbitless.

I maintain that IMO the warrants plus incentives are worth 12p all day regardless of the current share price

If I was entitled to them my intention would be to take them up.

The first key date seems to be 9th October, when the warrant holders would get replacement warrants if they had exercised within 3 months. Will this date have an effect on any news flow, in that a blockbuster RNS issued in the few days after 9th Oct might leave the warrant-holders feeling somewhat aggrieved?

Seems to me GB has been keeping his side by introducing the project and doing the tech work.
So TK when are you going to do more than a days work and get the PR machine properly going?
So far you have travelled on GBs coat tails for this project.
Obviously the US gas prospects haven't helped the whole situation here but it's getting back up again that shows leadership....that I can't see from TK....am I missing something?

Personally I think...and it's hard to say this...TK has done most things right in trying to get the funding in place and get the share price up.

The main things he has failed at (imho) are a lack of regular PR, keep the company in investors minds; too many failed opportunities by himself and Cenkos and he has completely misread the shareholder sentiment. He was clearly expecting loyal followers to hold on to their shares and start adding more with the drill date on the near horizon, which would get us to the 12p target and options could be exercised. What he failed to realise is that there seems to be more shareholders prepared to sell at any opportunity to either take profits or cut losses. This is why we have seen every single price rise recently head back down to the 6p area as soon as the buys have dried up.

Clearly he needs to rebalance the shareholder list so that he's got investors, not traders, who are looking beyond the Jade drill and hopefully Topaz as well before they might exit. Only when he can do this will we start heading north of 30,40,50pps.

I think TK expected PI's to do the heavy lifting for him with regard to the share price He is not a good judge of market appetite and thinks he can always come back to the well.

I think that is why a lot of the recent small pr push was all nudge,nudge 'could land at any day now' & 'prospective JV partners now revisiting' etc

It was to try and get PI's to lift the share price to a point where the warrant holders take interest.

The continuing absence of any positive news & the markets reaction to that doesn't suggest TH is waiting for the ink to dry on a blockbuster announcement. Love to be proved wrong but I think we are back to the recent placees taking anything above 6p to at least get a return.

Why would TK come up with the warrant scheme if he thought he was going to get the JV over the line…?

Of course maybe the JV is small and it doesnt cover the remaining drill costs..

It seems like at this stage TK is trying to wing it.

It’s all very well putting out an RNS to tell everyone you’ve set a date for drilling in December… but until the funding is clearly laid out I can’t see the share price moving above the current range..
It also seems to me that there has been several LTH that have bought in the 3-6p range, I dont expect this to move as high as others here expect. Happy to be proved wrong.
