Georgesorrow.I disagree. I'd love to see a JV tomorrow and the shares go up and the warrants exercised. The max he'll be "over funded" by even if all the warrants get exercised will likely be around $4-5m. Extra dilution is minimal.A bird in the hand etc. Plus we'll need money for testing- which will need to be raised from somewhere, albeit it would likely be at a higher price.Let's get it signed now and start to look forward a bit.Imo.

Hasn't TK dug a bit of a hole for himself over the timing of a JV announcement? If he were to announce a JV now - when the 3-month warrant options are still live - and confirm that drill funding is in place, that could then send the share price racing up to circa 12p to trigger the options. We could then end up with two lots of dilution, from the warrants and the JV, when only one or the other would be needed. That suggests to me that a JV will not be announced while the warrant options are still live.

Hi Safi,

Thanks for the update, I suppose all want to know when we can put a proper value on Duyung so it comes through in the price. I can understand waiting to get full value but this has been going on for years and still seems no nearer, bigger field of course but makes no difference to our share price.

All waiting to see how the China drill will be funded, JV, (I hope), Duyung (no idea when this will happen) or warrants (some distance from 12p), prefer not to have another placing at this level but China has to be drilled.

No doubt Tom is working hard with presentations etc.

Extract from Coro interim report yesterday. Refers to GSA negotiations with various counterparties as mentioned before I believe. So far at least two different GSAs have are in negotiation, namely the supply obligations GSA with Jakarta as host government and secondly the export GSA to Sembcorp, Singapore. There might be other potential export customers.

"The Mako gas field, contained within the Duyung PSC area (operated by Conrad Petroleum Ltd), remains a high value asset in our portfolio, with focus during the period on the strategic commercial workstreams. This included preparation by the operator of an updated Plan of Development for submission to the Indonesian authorities and gas sales agreement negotiations with various counterparties. Achievement of these commercial milestones will be key to upgrading contingent resources at Duyung to reserves, and ultimately to enabling the partners to take a Final Investment Decision ("FID").

JJ I think it's a billion barrel oil field and 8.5% share in a massive gas field. That ought to do it! 🤷🤷🤷🤷
