18/11/2024 13:16 | you're very welcome cyberbub. perhaps this presentation from June this year will help. SB references the Farmers/Landowners in the last few minutes stating that they have their full support, and it's a situation where everyone wants it to be successful. Also, he expresses a fair degree of confidence that they'll find a suitable commercially sound process to extract the titanium. (whilst setting the expectations that it'll take 6months+ to get there) I would imagine this confidence has grown substantially since then considering the latest RNS info.... GL, GTA. | gta5
16/11/2024 23:13 | Thanks very much GTA5 | cyberbub
15/11/2024 15:53 | Thanks ML from Telegram! :) It was discussed in some depth some months ago, and IIRC there were a few variants possible ( Either way, for AUS presence it's going to become essential. (Assuming we won't be picked up by a major player in the very near term) GL, GTA. | gta5
15/11/2024 15:38 | Thanks to ML on TelegramRe; ASX listing & shareholder communication requirements. Empire as a publicly traded company listed on the AIM market would be required to inform shareholders if it applied for a dual listing on another exchange, such as the ASX (Australian Securities Exchange). This obligation arises from the regulatory requirements of AIM and broader principles of corporate governance & transparency.Process | klosters65
15/11/2024 15:26 | Cyberbub, it's only a google search away: Background; Tenements registry; Or am I misunderstanding your question? GL, GTA. | gta5
15/11/2024 15:14 | If the company applies for ASX listing. Does it have a duty to inform shareholders? | klosters65
15/11/2024 14:39 | Thanks Geko. Can you or any long-standing holder confirm that the company do hold leases over the full 40km strike? Or at least enough of it to have a multi-billion-dollar resource? | cyberbub
15/11/2024 14:36 | Geko All part of being in a favourable jurisdiction. One of several reasons why I believe the shares to be undervalued. | klosters65
15/11/2024 14:25 | cyberbub 11568 Just wanted to pick up on this point raised by cyberbub. '...Well supported by landowners", does that imply that they don't have extensive leases? Or does it just mean that the freehold landowners are supportive because they're gonna make a very nice royalty stream in due course?...' I think this has to be viewed within the context of the WA mining culture. For me it's pretty much a non issue. This is not like turning up on the South Downs and saying I'm gonna dig this field up!... In short because the land is agricultural it will simplify the process greatly and avoid the pitfalls that can occur on other designated types of land. There's an established process for compensation that will be followed so this is absolutely not the kind of scenario that will lead to a headache of court cases and tribunals etc. EEE have made sure that the land owners are engaged in the process from the start and the fact that they are drilling there tells you that they are 'on side'. So it's within that context that I evaluate this issue. It was fortunate that this was the case regarding the designated usage of the territory but good management that has kept landowners in the loop. Happy to follow the lucky general on this one! All imo of course. | geko5trade
15/11/2024 14:21 | Surely it is almost integral for the company to be ASX listed in order to receive financial assistance from the Australian government. | klosters65
15/11/2024 14:02 | By the way, I have an uncanny feeling we're going to get ASX listed. (Next week?, give it a month?) Call it a strong hunch. GL, GTA. | gta5
15/11/2024 13:59 | I added a few earlier myself, didn't expect to be able to add at these prices... | benjamin15

15/11/2024 13:45 | Although I have a shed load , I added 120k more yesterday . Not a given for me but increasingly hopeful . It just might move me from rich to mega rich | juju44
15/11/2024 11:58 | Thanks jelignite! good to see it's all gathering momentum. It's a shame we've lost such great contributors on the forums, especially due to the pest on LSE. I was hoping AGEOS could have shared his views on the latest RNS as it's very hard to understand the implications of the numbers they share to date. (Is the concentration of 8% TiO2 in the first trials something to celebrate or be concerned about?, is the hematite easy or difficult to separate from the ti minerals in a second stage?, etc etc. Hard to evaluate without very deep knowledge about the processing.... Obviously the only true answer is that they need much more time (Months) to fully test and eventually present the flowsheet, but at the moment if you listen to Shaun we're about to become a billion dollar company, and if you look at the MCAP we're a hopeless AIM minnow. Either way, the impression I get is that we're in a million times better shape than a year ago, so I will keep adding as and when funds allow, in the expectation that Shaun's excitement is genuine and that the AUS govt. and major players in the industry will show genuine interest if it's got legs....... GL, GTA. | gta5
15/11/2024 07:56 | Another important point to note is that the Aussie Govt has a $1bill development fund to support resource companies looking to develope critical resources -which Titanium is & that discussions have begun with Govt so the hope is that the now lower cost pilot plant ,rather than development plant ,maybe funded by Givt finance ,grants & loans ,eliminating the need for equity finance | base7
14/11/2024 22:53 | Thanks klosters, yes it looks very interesting. I've read the two RNSes and the latest presentation. Amazing that a tiny company seem to have more or less stumbled on this enormous resource... Can I confirm that EEE have strong/long leases over the whole 40km-long discovery? The presentation just says "Well supported by landowners", does that imply that they don't have extensive leases? Or does it just mean that the freehold landowners are supportive because they're gonna make a very nice royalty stream in due course? I'm thinking about investing here, but the fact that someone seems to still be selling, and we're stuck below a falling 20-day MA, is slightly offputting. I might wait until we get a TR-1, or a volume spike which often shows that someone is 'out'. | cyberbub

14/11/2024 17:27 | Fortunate timing .we are at the bottom of a severe dip. Situation about to get exciting..I suggest you have a look at the last two news releases, 7th and 12th November, if you have not already. Do not normally like tips, but I do think we could be onto something very special here. | klosters65 |
