The company looks good to me. The resource is enormous and high grade, in a friendly jurisdiction. I just like to sometimes challenge myself before taking a position. That's surely sensible?

cyber ... I'm struggling to understand why you are still even looking at Empire

Your last post was a classic AIM deramp disguised as an interested Investor.

Given that we're past the first peak of the Lassonde curve, what do longtermers think the likely share price catalysts are going to be in the next 6-12 months? Obviously the flowsheet completion, but I don't think that's going to be fireworks in itself. I think the best would be if the Aus Govt offered them a non-recourse loan of say $20-30M in H2 to build a pilot plant, like they offered over $1bn to a refinery 30km away, I read. Otherwise it will take time to put together a finance package, which could be dilutive. Meanwhile more money will be needed for working capital.

you're very welcome cyberbub.
perhaps this presentation from June this year will help.
SB references the Farmers/Landowners in the last few minutes stating that they have their full support, and it's a situation where everyone wants it to be successful.
Also, he expresses a fair degree of confidence that they'll find a suitable commercially sound process to extract the titanium. (whilst setting the expectations that it'll take 6months+ to get there)
I would imagine this confidence has grown substantially since then considering the latest RNS info....

Thanks ML from Telegram! :)

It was discussed in some depth some months ago, and IIRC there were a few variants possible (

Either way, for AUS presence it's going to become essential. (Assuming we won't be picked up by a major player in the very near term)

Thanks to ML on TelegramRe; ASX listing & shareholder communication requirements. Empire as a publicly traded company listed on the AIM market would be required to inform shareholders if it applied for a dual listing on another exchange, such as the ASX (Australian Securities Exchange). This obligation arises from the regulatory requirements of AIM and broader principles of corporate governance & transparency.Process:1) AIM disclosure rules*AIM-listed companies are subject to the AIM Rules for Companies, which include a requirement to disclose information that could affect the company's share price or be of material importance to shareholders.*A dual listing may be considered price-sensitive information, as it could affect the Empires liquidity, share price, or strategic direction. Therefore, Empire would need to issue a Regulatory News Service (RNS) announcement to inform shareholders.2) Material Change or Decision*Applying for a dual listing often reflects a significant strategic decision, as it can involve additional compliance requirements, costs, and potentially new opportunities for raising capital. Shareholders have a right to be informed about such significant changes.3) Shareholder Approvals *Depending on Empires Articles of Association or specific corporate governance policies, a dual listing might require shareholder approval at a general meeting, especially if it involves issuing new shares.4) Continuous disclosure obligations on ASX*If the application for dual listing proceeds, Empire will also become subject to the ASX's continuous disclosure obligations, which require prompt announcements of material information. This dual obligation reinforces the need for transparency from the outset.Communication Process* Empire typically communicates such decisions through:1) An RNS announcement 2) Updates at shareholder meetings or annual general meetings (AGMs).3) Details in prospectuses or explanatory materials related to the ASX listing.By keeping Empire shareholders informed, they can ensure compliance with AIM regulations & maintain investor confidence.ADVDN query for those interested. Enjoy your weekendsML

If the company applies for ASX listing. Does it have a duty to inform shareholders?

Thanks Geko. Can you or any long-standing holder confirm that the company do hold leases over the full 40km strike? Or at least enough of it to have a multi-billion-dollar resource?

Just wanted to pick up on this point raised by cyberbub.

'...Well supported by landowners", does that imply that they don't have extensive leases? Or does it just mean that the freehold landowners are supportive because they're gonna make a very nice royalty stream in due course?...'

I think this has to be viewed within the context of the WA mining culture. For me it's pretty much a non issue. This is not like turning up on the South Downs and saying I'm gonna dig this field up!...
In short because the land is agricultural it will simplify the process greatly and avoid the pitfalls that can occur on other designated types of land. There's an established process for compensation that will be followed so this is absolutely not the kind of scenario that will lead to a headache of court cases and tribunals etc. EEE have made sure that the land owners are engaged in the process from the start and the fact that they are drilling there tells you that they are 'on side'. So it's within that context that I evaluate this issue.
It was fortunate that this was the case regarding the designated usage of the territory but good management that has kept landowners in the loop. Happy to follow the lucky general on this one! All imo of course.

Surely it is almost integral for the company to be ASX listed in order to receive financial assistance from the Australian government.

Call it a strong hunch.

Thanks jelignite! good to see it's all gathering momentum.
It's a shame we've lost such great contributors on the forums, especially due to the pest on LSE. I was hoping AGEOS could have shared his views on the latest RNS as it's very hard to understand the implications of the numbers they share to date. (Is the concentration of 8% TiO2 in the first trials something to celebrate or be concerned about?, is the hematite easy or difficult to separate from the ti minerals in a second stage?, etc etc.
Hard to evaluate without very deep knowledge about the processing....
Obviously the only true answer is that they need much more time (Months) to fully test and eventually present the flowsheet, but at the moment if you listen to Shaun we're about to become a billion dollar company, and if you look at the MCAP we're a hopeless AIM minnow.

Either way, the impression I get is that we're in a million times better shape than a year ago, so I will keep adding as and when funds allow, in the expectation that Shaun's excitement is genuine and that the AUS govt. and major players in the industry will show genuine interest if it's got legs.......

Another important point to note is that the Aussie Govt has a $1bill development fund to support resource companies looking to develope critical resources -which Titanium is & that discussions have begun with Govt so the hope is that the now lower cost pilot plant ,rather than development plant ,maybe funded by Givt finance ,grants & loans ,eliminating the need for equity finance
