13/10/2024 22:33 | Substantial news flow expected over the coming months -which could be transformational if the company can demonstrate their proposed extraction process together with their expectations regarding the quality of the titanium to be extracted & therefore the expected price range per ton expected to be achieved.so why would subscribers to the placing bale out for 1p per share profit when it is not unreasonable to hope for 1bag ,or more, within 6-9 months. | base7
13/10/2024 22:17 | Plenty left from the placing yet. | cielos
13/10/2024 14:45 | Getting very oversold . Oh for a piece of good news on extractability | juju44
13/10/2024 10:58 | I am glad I provoked a discussion about this issue since I want to make sure I make the right moves for my spread bets. It is more likely that my shares get a decent RNS on the 30th than to be effected from the autumn budget. | luckyabbeygale
13/10/2024 10:12 | Personally, I don’t see massive changes to the treatment of AIM shares for inheritance tax purposes. At least not yet. It’s one of those changes which will have knock on effects, and is not really worth it for the extra amount of tax that might be paid. Even if there is a change, it is unlikely to be retrospective so anybody holding these at the moment is likely to be unaffected. I think we are more likely to see changes around the inheritance tax treatment of pensions, which is extremely generous. | suffolkjim
12/10/2024 10:35 | Well it must already be priced in or spread bet companys will have billions to refund people like myself. As 20 to 30 percent falls on my bets will mean I no longer have any money to my name. | luckyabbeygale
11/10/2024 21:31 | Luckyabbeygale, yeh, so an idiot like you knows the micro details of the HMRC budget brief and comments publicly. Erm, moronic and now predicting a rise? Are you for real, seriously? | cevodniya
11/10/2024 15:54 | Good news the government adding inheritance tax to aim shares in the autumn budget is already priced in. Therefore if it does not happen we will see a very big rise in shares like Empire Metals. | luckyabbeygale
11/10/2024 14:45 | I am in with a tiny 350pp bet at 7.1p. Often big news that is positive happens here a lot. | luckyabbeygale
11/10/2024 14:30 | Just fooling with the spread isn't it juju? | geko5trade
11/10/2024 14:15 | no apparent reason for the small price drop | juju44
11/10/2024 13:49 | SP Angel . Morning View . Empire Metals* (EEE LN) 7.1p, Mkt Cap £45m – Gravity separation continues as metallurgical work accelerates Empire posted on X.com yesterday that gravity separation tests are ongoing for the weathered anatase ore cap. (CLICK LINK) The Company expects to receive data from the test work in the coming weeks. The results will support the optimisation of a titanium flowsheet for the Pitfield project. Empire recently raised gross proceeds of £2.5m via an equity placing at 7p/share. Use of funds includes resource drilling, mineralogical and metallurgical studies, alongside environmental baseline studies. Empire sees this section of the large Pitfield project to be more suitable for a potential high-quality Tio2 concentrate. *SP Angel acts as nomad and broker to Empire Metals | apotheki
10/10/2024 18:49 | The share price is now where near were it should be, just shy of 15p 10 months ago, now at these levels. The progress SB and his team have made in this time is nothing short of extraordinary, and I can only forsee more excellent news on the horizon. It's certainly frustrating that we have the biggest chunk of TiO2 land going and it's not yet believed by the wider market, the next six months will be pivotal, 8 yrs in, what's a few months/years to reap the rewards 😉 | germangrim
10/10/2024 18:32 | Geko, Agreed. I am not sure, the market gets that. The discovery is immense. Just keep building my position at 7p. | klosters65
10/10/2024 18:09 | The key is 'optimising' processing. Not 'whether' processing is possible just what is the most efficient/effective way to do it. | geko5trade

10/10/2024 07:35 | Nice flurry of buys but no share price response . Maybe soon | juju44
09/10/2024 14:48 | I really believe too from discussions /presentations etc that the share price was expected to be a tad higher and thus the cash raised would have been at a much higher price....this is where AIM is a bit of a casino and whoever managed to keep the price way down for the placing. At the end of the day the placing was a small one and as long as we keep making the right kind of progress it should be easily absorbed....we just have to live with the after effects as the placees work through the market....and then a good RNS lands... | goldrush
09/10/2024 13:54 | goldrush, Agree there is no doubt that when Narelle Marriott saw what they had she and everyone in the team thought that if things went as expected the share price would be considerably higher at this juncture. Probably somewhere in the 20's is my estimation but that figure is speculation on my part based on conversations, presentations etc. The fact is things have gone much better than expected and I know they are genuinely very surprised that the share price isn't higher. Still the market is what it is and they just have to get on with the job. We have seen before that the market didn't register the significance of progress and then corrected. My hope, and it isn't IA, is that happens again. Meantime I know they are working hard and I firmly believe that they couldn't be spending our cash more wisely. We'll see.... | geko5trade
09/10/2024 10:50 | GTA5 The share options were actually granted at 14p and 18p and to me shows what these employees think this could be worth....IMHO ....with e.g the Process Development Manager Narelle Marriott having such a key position on our way to unlocking the value.....would she have joined if she did not believe there was a way forward.... | goldrush
09/10/2024 10:19 | Drc123, I think some have been given share options at 14-16p If I recall. Gl, GTA | gta5
09/10/2024 09:04 | With these new people that have joined EEE have they bought any share ? Would love to know | drc123
09/10/2024 07:46 | A bit more info on the other recent Titanium discovery in SA pasted in here yesterday Note the following comments from Petratherm's own website below ... "Other layered mafic to anorthosite intrusions host major titanium, iron, vanadium and phosphate mines, for example Lac Tio in Canada (Ti-Fe), Tellnes in Norway (Ti), and Damiao in China (Fe-Ti-VP). The mineralisation in the Fe-Ti-P-V ores is MOSTLY IN THE FORM OF MAGNETITE and thus magnetic data is a powerful tool in finding and delineating these orebodies." "Magnetite" .. so my understanding is that's gonna be like getting blood out of a stone !!! Put it this way, if Empire released an RNS update today that the High Purity Anatase weathered cap was actually in Magnetite, the share price would drop 50-70% ! No competition whatsoever.
