08/1/2010 11:38 | what a buyer will have 2 pay nearer 30p read through their half year report here: their current asset value is 24,916,000 euro and NAV/share is 0.28 euro. which is around 25p. that's the value of the company on 30th June 2009. That's why we say the company is under valued at the moment. | buystock
08/1/2010 11:23 | As Engel Resources own 68.35% of the company I think they have enough influence on the EEE BOD to do almost what they like. Maybe Engel Resources are as unhappy as the shareholders that EEE need more money after being bailed out before. I take madmadmick's point although I would not agree with his point of "stealing" the other 32%. I think this company have lent money to EEE and they could have asked for a share dilution at every loan. We have no voice as investors but if anyone feels strongly that they may be about to lose out I would recommend emailing Engels Resources and asking for their opinion before selling at a loss. I bought in yesterday and this morning after researching this group. They are worth more than 44 billion GBP. I would not be surprised to see the next RNS stating Directorate Change | buystock

08/1/2010 11:14 | Engel: New Office in Former Yugoslavia Engel Austria GmbH, Schwertberg, Austria, is reinforcing its market presence in Serbia and Croatia with a new dealership. In addition to the sales network that already exists in Eastern Europe, Engel has now entered into a cooperation with Serbia's Neofyton, Novi Sad, to redefine its market presence in the states of former Yugoslavia. Engel is the undisputed market leader in Eastern Europe with a market share of nearly 40%. A partnership has been agreed with Neofyton, a dealer who can look back on many years of successful market activities in the industry, to provide even more comprehensive service to the growing injection molding machine market in Serbia and Croatia in particular, thanks to a high level of application technology competency. Neofyton has been representing Engel on this young, Eastern European growth market since 1st July 2009. 09.09.2009 | buystock
08/1/2010 11:08 | while waiting for eee to find it's bottom, it might be helpful to re-check the property market at this point. As stated in company last half year report: "the Board decided to focus mainly on two countries, Poland and the Czech Republic and to complete the construction of projects,". So let's see how the market in Poland and Czech Republic now: Poland EEE has four projects in capital of poland, Warsaw, the property price has an increase of 0.36% y-o-y base. Even with the adjustment of inflation rate, it only dropped by 3.1%. I think it is good. there are more cheerful news here: Warsaw emerges as best European city for investment and business in the next five years Czech could not find much info, only old forecast news about Czech housing market in 2009: however, the low unemployment rate, shall have positive impact on house market Confidence in Czech economy slightly up in July | buystock

08/1/2010 10:53 | from london south east/bb looks like we have a buyer after todays stakebuilding and this conversation."I rang the company!" 'The RNS invites enquiries at the end, so I did. Samuel Hibel was apparently not in the office, so I was put through to a chap whose name I didn't catch, but he said he was the controller. I asked him if the company will survive... he said yes, that business was picking up and that they expect business to be back to normal next Jan / Feb (bit optimistic?). I asked about the loan repayment due in December that someone on here has mentioned, he said that was to the parent company and he expects they will grant an extension. I asked if they have a good relationship with their parent company and he said yes, very good. I asked again about survival of the company at the end and he said yes, absolutely. I've paraphrased his answers slightly, but he seemed genuine and his English was excellent. Make of it what you will.... I didn't get the impression he was thumbing the jobs section of the Israeli Times...' | buystock

06/1/2010 13:41 | Ouch, not so good news from Bulgaria, makes EEE look like an ugly proposition. Still think they can turn it around eventually, before they go bust. Will their parent company keep bailing them out? I think so. | induna123
04/1/2010 07:39 | Good time to buy imo. 3.5p looks to be the bottom. Can see this easily going back to 10p on positive news. The only reason it tanked was delayed sales. | induna123
