23/9/2009 10:34 | Induna Can't argue with that. This game is about reading mass pyschology; you may, full knowingly, be in the best share in the world, but if no one else can see that and therefore buy in, it will go nowhere. However, the facts are that DUPD are more stable due to cash and no gearing, and have an even greater discount to NAV than EEE. I'm happy to wait for investors to wake up to it, it is just 'off the radar' at present | jlp4
23/9/2009 09:25 | that's my opinion, anyway, it's your own decision if I am deramper, you will be a ramper... | qipincha
23/9/2009 08:53 | qipincha - 22 Sep'09 - 12:49 - 442 of 443 trading level is low the up tick is not sustainable lol..lol..lol derampers lose again | blackwel
23/9/2009 08:50 | But EEE is the one moving up not DUPD. I'm more of a momentum trader and there's no stopping EEE at the moment. Ride the wave. | induna123
22/9/2009 12:49 | trading level is low the up tick is not sustainable | qipincha
22/9/2009 11:39 | Sorry guys but after some digging, I am in agreement with Envirovision. Both EEE and DUPD are undervalued, but DUPD more so, and they also have cash, unlike EEE. So I sold up earlier and put funds into DUPD | jlp4
21/9/2009 21:33 | and if you draw a line linked all bottom together, you will see the trend | qipincha
21/9/2009 21:32 | Hi showmethehoney , totally agree with u. tomorrow can be a tough day if mm really want more share to fill in his book | qipincha
21/9/2009 17:42 | The way I see it the parent Co. has guaranteed the loans, but EEE have pledged property projects as security. If they default ( and they have 6 working days to first repayment ) the parent Co. will take the pledged property, or parts of it. see below taken from RNS " Engel has agreed to grant a pledge in favour of Engel Resources over the Company's Marina Dorcol project in Serbia and the Wilanow commercial project in Poland as security under the terms of the Agreements. " | madmick
21/9/2009 17:00 | The way i understand it from RNS is PARENT Co. will garentee debt!! Parent Co has just loaned 2.5m to eee! No stock left last wk so today finally mm's got some sellers, i think about 800-900k sells so still more buying than selling! Cant comment about PLUS market! MM's usual trick to force ppl to sell or scare them! It may well retrace more if ppl bottle it but wtfdik Yes i am holding. Any thoughts/opinions on my view? | showmethehoney
21/9/2009 14:15 | I will leave it for a couple of day as it will retrace more if not today, will be tomorrow | qipincha
21/9/2009 14:09 | 6 working days left for first 1.25m payment, Do they have it? doubt it. The first loan Engel received from the bank in an amount of approximately EUR2.5 million is due to be repaid in two equal installments of EUR1.25 million on or before 30 September 2009 and 31 December 2009. Ps. I sold out with 110% profit. who will be left holding the baby. | madmick
21/9/2009 14:09 | Good point about sale of Panorama Induna. Envirovision-I thought the "brother company" owned the vast majority of the shares so why would they want them to lose value? | roomb
21/9/2009 13:50 | run out of energy will retrace more,imo | qipincha
21/9/2009 13:31 | hi addict, no i dont have an interest, i got out with 240% profit on a momentum punt, it was a pure gamble with a small sum i never minded losing as i was quite prepared to be tied into the illiquid share no being able to exit. (as many here will indeed likely end up doing) I was just commenting as im amazed to see people piling into an illiquid highly geared play. No ones disputing when the market turns in some of these old eastern block areas theres a lot of upside since the few transactions there have been have often been at eye watering discounts of 50-60% etc, however when i invest in these areas, its only in the companies with a certainty of surving the worst of it. | envirovision
21/9/2009 13:17 | Phew sold mine 30 mins ago ... topped up at OTE | ihavenoclue
21/9/2009 13:00 | lol think someone wants a little top-up ;-) | plops
21/9/2009 11:29 | addict don't lol he is right | madmick
21/9/2009 11:09 | Thanks for letting me know about EEE on the IPI BB. I am also doing well on CHWI in the same sector | flyingswan
21/9/2009 10:59 | LOL-envirovision-wha | addict
21/9/2009 10:56 | yes thats all very well, but deduct total debt liabilities and your left with nothing other than large interest payments and stash of projects you cant sell very easily, which is a bit of a problem as if everythings still tough to shift above cost in a few years time, then its the end of the road. | envirovision
21/9/2009 10:49 | the whole market is down today not so good as FTSE is too high | qipincha |
