Movement at last. Dattels seems very positive on the shareholder value front so that must be good as he hasn't let the side down yet.

Great opportunity to buy again at a discount to CASH value. Topped up with 150k @ 2.545p versus the 2.72p NAV.

If they don't find a value accretive deal, then they'll either take it over from Polo or liquidate. Either way, the payout should be 2.6p+; so the chance of a good deal is in for FREE.

may be some sense to it

as a contra-cyclical play

in a strong market any reverse-takeover candidates might choose to list themselves or sell out to others for paper

in a weak market EML's stronger cash position makes them a better potential partner potentially

Looks too tempting so the buy button has been pushed.
First time a buy from me has ever moved a price.

Sorry mmelody - from your tone I just assumed you may have been a momentum trader sucked in on the Nov'10 rise to 4p.

It is not a question of his tipping ability. BILL was run by others. He has some say in whether EML do a deal.

Looks as though mmelody and andrbea are/were short-term daytraders rather than investors. Certainly mmelody hasn't done the numbers!

Who knows what the Duo will do, but it is surely worth risking a small %age on the basis of their past record. They may have just 3months to find a deal, but should they fail, then the worst case scenario would presumably be liquidation and a return of c2.65p CASH. Not much risk there then!

The Risk/Reward ratio suggests holders should HOLD - most emphatically not SELL.

News must be coming soon I trust so in anticipation have added a few today.
It had better be good news or I shall have to tear off the last remaining hair on my head.At least the share is not too volatile.

Don't worry, your safe, I just read the passed proposals, they will be sticking to the natural resources sector.

But I bet that Mellon will do well investing in the graveyard sector picking those companies that will rise from the ashes, his past record shows he has a good eye for great investments.
