Well worth remembering that fairly recent fund raise @ 6p especially when buying EML as you are still getting in on the cheap!

Interesting interview by the CEO rather sombre but underlying potentially positive. Well worth a listen only about 7 or 8 minutes long.

So many professing to be all knowing......reality is ALL these individuals have been TOTALLY WRONG.

Those who followed them are now nursing losses and its you own stupid faults.

Like I said 2 years ago that ESIA wasn't coming anytime soon.

Reality is its a mining start up run badly with massive over promising and several school boy errors.....ESIA permit submission for 1.

EML will not be the end entity. It will be taken cheap.....you lot have funded their lifestyles and the early investment for the Moroccan gov.

Thanks for facilitating my 🩳🩳 and for lining my pockets. The rampers have been brilliant.

If you follow them you deserve all you get 👏👍💰🍾 9346;

I'd like to think so but the only rationale conclusion is OCP are not terribly interested or motivated. I cannot see how they need this further so called leverage to change that.

How do they exclude OCP ? If OCP wanted one they would get it, how does someone with mine and potash to sell have a sensible bargaining positing that excludes a customer.There is zero tension in the OCP point you make and has no role to play in determining the permit.

The biggest sweetner all EML loans are underwritten by the UK. All that guarnteed bank interest.

#SloppyG, I have long expected it (the ESIA) to boil down to who has what leverage over what, EML acquiring other interested parties for offtakes (Keytrade AG/Hexagon Group AG) demonstrated that were/are not dependant on OCP for a customer..

Is the ESIA withheld at local level being used as leverage to squeeze or force the hand of EML to share the asset with OCP or sell it to them..? yes, quite possible..

Will a ministerial level committee see it differently..? maybe not, OCP are state owned and have all the leverage they need to 'help' move the project forward..

Interesting times here, it does not make any sense (to me) for OCP to not be involved, they are already doing it and could have a supplier next door..

What message would it send to outside investment coming into Morocco..?, a stay well clear 1 if we were to be squeezed out, so I see some sort of bi-party deal as a compromise and to grease the wheels of permitting..

IMO Khemisett is unlikely to get skittled with a 1,000 jobs and tax receipts on the hook, it is more a matter of ownership structure which is acceptable to both parties to enable progress..
