Fertilizer prices expected to remain higher for longer
MAY 11, 2022

Excerpt from article:

"For potash, prices are anticipated to remain historically high through the next year unless supply returns to international markets from Russia and Belarus."

Dilution or debt either way there won’t be much left for current shareholders.

My guess is that majority will be debt for the project and dilution to keep the company directors in salaries until someone buys the debt and takes the company for the cost of the debt.

Total loon Gw, we want debt! All debt, 100% debt and no further dilution! Goodness sake GW is as expert on finances I to English grammar, but least I'm honest. At todays potash price our mine is paid for in a year. That is the debt be paid back! Even were in five years that be also amazing! Five years and from that sixth year debt free & dividend, you know profit, that profit shareholders are given!

I see the muppet show is back in town.

Most here are already +100%. Keep accumulating on any weakness.

Life changing money to be made in the fullness of time.

Speaking of easy money. Time to up the short on PHE. Don't think it ever has a blue day.

No 1 disagrees there will be dilution right?

The question is at what level?

Costs have rocketed for construction and ongoing energy but Fertiliser has doubled tripled.

We know the last level so it's not difficult to work out a future level.

My guess (and most are guessing) this will get taken out for a fraction of what you lot hoped for......Still a profit but a small one if you bought at 8p.

No ESIA is a big clue promised in early 2021 🤣🤣🤣

Agree, and surely this needs funded and built in one go, rather than the phased plan?

We all know the endgame here is likely to involve OCP. They are cash rich and need potash. EML are potash rich and need cash. The obvious outcome is some form of joint venture, but there are a lot of moving parts there. Everyone knows we will have to give up some equity. Nobody knows how much or where the rest of the funding will come from. OCP, the EU, a banking syndicate, a combo of all 3?

Since when have lenders to an uncertain project (ALL projects are uncertain) not required chunky equity participation Mr Findley ? Look at HZM's experience. In a more reliable long term market than potash methinks.

It must be amateur comedy hour. Its a good job those who are in a position to give out such levels of debt finance are qualified and have a Gcse in maths too.

EML will also need cash to keep going so there will be further placings even if the mine is funded by finance. Like I said financing that much cash will require a large return for the ones loaning the money.

Possibly majority of the asset.

And I think youve been watching the mccolls story too much without understanding a great deal.Lenders of 'debt finance' here is for project capex and they will want their money back at the agreed interest rate.....the 'cut of profits' you're spouting on is comical lack of familiarity with such deals.

Total pre-production capital cost (potash only) US$387 million including contingency

That was in 2020 my guess is that costs would have increased by quite a bit and will continue to increase the longer it takes to start mine construction.

Lenders will want a large portion of the profits/business if lending this amount of cash.

Not sure it will all be in shares but mostly debt which will only be paid off when company gets bought out for value of debt leaving shareholders with nothing hence no institutional investors buying any shares.

Grahamwales a tardy from PHE, board. Only here as I gone negative on PHE, sad man, run along be a good chap GW. Fundamentals haven't changed we should expect volatility until final permit announced. I called it correct on the permit after Ramadan and that was early January this year. Just be patient the permit will happen this year, EML will get all finance necessary and potash will be minimum four hundred dollars a ton upon mine opening. Happy days ahead ignore the loons.

For the mentally restricted and the cynical shorters who've appeared on this thread recently claiming there will be a placing... Of course there will be a placing FFS! The company needs to raise $100M in equity! We all know that thanks - we've been here longer than 5 minutes! We don't care what happens in the next 5 minutes! You may hope to scalp a penny on the share price by shorting - we intend to gain 50-75-100p on the share price by holding! There you go - you've got what you desperately crave... A reaction :-) :-)All morons filtered.

Directors will get a good pay off when company is eventually sold with the buyer taking up the debt and getting the asset on the back of the debt pay off.

Shareholders will get jack all.

Works every time.
