Thank you Rajawali, very little sense is talked here sometimes and if we can move towards:
1) here is my opinion
2) here is what position I'm taking on the back of my opinion
3) post position to back it up

We could all make more money and grow our knowledge as investors. Let's work together people.

Good to have opinions either way, Lurker and I welcome balanced chat.

It's questionable though why one would share those opinions and use their time to research them and not have sufficient conviction to take a position. What's the point?

Sadly, I think the Ukraine situation is not going to unravel itself as quickly as everyone would hope. Regardless, proximate supply is everything; whether the disruption is to do with sanctions or non-performing freight markets, Morocco has a huge incentive to sure up local supply of potash.

If you disagree, what is your wager and where do you close it?

Quality of opinion has everything to do with skin in the game? For example if you don't have a short position, your opinion is meaningless if you are de-ramping a stock..... because you are not even confident enough in your own opinion to back it up with a position! Idiot. Very little interest for anyone who can't back up their opinion with a position, all meaningless keyboard talk.

This spike is going to pop soon. Press tip. Big volume small buys on one day. No details yet of selected build/production plan. Ukraine situation won't last even until 'start' of Khemisset hoped for production. No ESIA. Mooted cash raise price will be shockingly low - just like HZM's. So big dilution. Be careful. Very careful.
(and what possible relevence to quality of opinion is 'skin in the game' or not !)

Those bearish on this, especially those coming out with very poor research, should post their short positions or puts, or do one. Clearly have absolutely no skin in the game.

People, Graham is from PHE, board, he is upset that I've gone negative on PHE, and that I decided to vent on the PHE, board. GW, poor, poor, you having the need to come here. At least I was invested in PHE, least I remain with an interest PHE. Abide with genuine concerns of those I shared.Just ignore GW, put him back where he belongs over at Powerhouse Energy & HUI.

Donald I agree and have always said that a buyout in the short term is a clear possibility, and I agree with your price target of 30p in the current fertiliser market environment. Personally I would much prefer to wait 3 years and see the share price at 75-100p with a fat dividend. But the decision is not in small PIs' hands, so I'm philosophical about it - if we were sold this side of the summer break for 30p/share I would be disappointed, but would definitely not be crying into my cornflakes...If OCP were the ones to come and take us out then I don't think the ESIA delay comes into it - OCP are a state owned company and the state will hardly block the ESIA for their own company!GLA NAI

#DP, I am expecting OCP to be a part of the company in some form, be it off takers, shareholders, CLN holders, or there is the possibility of a full share capital buyout too..

One thing is for sure, we are in the right space, right time, right products with fantastic project economics and that is not a bad place to be..

How soon the ESIA..?

This whole thread sums up the position. Whatever else, the recent moves in the price of fertiliser means the EML project must be worth 5 times what it was 2 years ago, when the share price was 6p and we all thought that was cheap.

I get the Rabobank daily update and the news is that around the world farmers are cutting back on fertiliser use, because of price concerns. This in turn is expected to reduce food production by something like 20% in many places. If that happens I would not be surprised to see governments subsidising fertilisers next season as food production is of strategic importance (obvs). Anyway, I would not be at all surprised if EML ended up selling the whole project to OCP, possibly in a JV with a major, for a price around 30p, in a matter of weeks. Not saying it is likely, but it's definitely in the realms of the possible. Morocco will want this in production asap.
