Well I watched the webinar on 9 June and am satisfied that the company has a bright future. A global company with niche products, and developing new ones. What’s not to like? Any bid would need to be 50% above the present share price to interest me.

TVRs are standard procedure - nothing to do with brewing.

I said a long time back that I thought this would get taken out and I still think so - but probably not when anyone thinks so!

Might be wrong but I don’t see anything which indicates a bid. Broker increased price target to 170p last week, Croda (similar industry) got a big upgrade yesterday and the share price is basically underwritten at 160p. All those three combined, along with a general acceptance that the share price is currently undervalued, would suggest that a slow movement (with some big rises and then bit of fall back)to around 170p isn’t unexpected.

Also I expect the continuing decline of crypto currency which is long overdue will see money that would have gone into crypto go into shares instead

Just jumped again today Coats speciality coatings business trading up 24%, price inflation being passed on, U.K. inflation rising fast by any recent historical means, will lead to higher revenues and profits here and pay down of debt will then be faster hence why these type of companies will see shares rise and also hence why multiple bidders are interested in this kind of business, now give us the 285 and it’s all yours lol imho dyor
